I have lived in many rural areas, and utilized numerous septic companies for new installation and annual maintenance. I received several referrals from friends that have used B & M Septic over the years, and have been very pleased with their service. I contacted B & M Septic for an annual maintanence contract, and the first person that I spoke with was one of the owners, who was very personal and knowledgeable. Some of the larger septic companies have an office person who does not know the business, just schedules appointments. The owner that usually answers the phone was professional and can back up any service requests, as the owner. I have been very pleased with not only the service, but the knowledge of the technicians who maintain each portion of the septic system, new or old, and can explain any necessary steps to upgrade or maintain the system. I would highly recommend B & M Spetic to anyone looking to install and new system, repair or replace an existing system or simply for annual maintanance or pumping.
