They did not build my barn anything like I asked but the outside. Had to get mad at them to fix SOME of the inside. At first they said It was fine. They started a fire on my property under pine trees, next to my mom horse when it hadn't rained for days. Threw trash all Over my barn after they were done working one night, didn't pick up and it's right next to my moms horse. He could have easily choked on a bottle cap.... I contacted B & M Septic for an annual maintanence contract, and the first person that I spoke with was one of the owners, who was very personal and knowledgeable. Some of the larger septic companies have an office person who does not know the business, just schedules appointments. The owner that usually answers the phone was professional and can back up any service requests, as the owner.
