They came over and looked at the two jobs - living room and porch - and explained what they do which included moving all furniture and pressure washing. They left a color palette to choose from and clearly explained our finish choices (matte, semi-gloss, etc.). The room they painted took one day. The porch took a few days between pressure washing and weather issues (a few days were too cold and a couple too wet), but they didn't leave us guessing if they were coming, they communicated the issue and let us know when they would be back. The staff painter was professional and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. A supervisor came out to inspect each job after they were done, which added to our satisfaction with the work. We will call them again when we decide what to do with the rest of our rooms!
