He got back to me promptly, identified the issue, sent me an estimate, and a time he could show up to fix the problem. Easy. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would, introduced himself, went through the general niceties, and got to work in the kitchen. The problem was what he thought it was and he had the tools and replacement parts at the ready. It made it easy that parts, labor, time, etc. were all inclusive in the estimate. There were no surprise costs even when/if the problem could take a bit longer to fix than necessary. Tommy got me back to where I needed to be with a new part, reminder to send in the warranty, and a sink that was fully functional.
