I had no idea what happened but they had a portable tire inflator and they pumped it back up and checked it for damage and nails but found nothing so I checked the area for the closest tire repair center and we found Albert's. We stopped in on a whim and they got us right in and took a look at the tire and told us the tire pressure sensor was faulty and they were going to try and fix it but if they couldn't fix it they'd have to replace it with a new one. They gave us a price on both repairs and I said whatever you have to do is fine with us. So we relaxed in the waiting area and after about 10 minutes they let us know if they could fix it and about 10 minutes later it was done. The price was great, the service was excellent, and especially for just walking in on a Saturday morning. I'll definitely be back if I have any issues with my tires. Thank you so much for your help.

As the other reviewer said, they are very knowledgeable here and were fair and honest. The best part though was it felt like they went above and beyond in doing the actual work! Basically if you go to like Jiffy Lube etc they'll do a basic oil change for a cheap price, but at Apex for a reasonable (slightly higher but I'm telling you it's reasonable/worth it) they actually check all your fluids and tighten everything that needs tightened, my car feels 100 times better than before they worked on it. I'll be coming back to them next month for an inspection and pretty much anything I'll need done from now on. Good guys who really know what they're doing. And quick, too! Highly recommended if you're anywhere near the area.

After pacing between my car and the inspector (who was busy chain smoking), I was told by the human iteration of a greenbean that the inspector was leaving in two hours and didn't have time to inspect my car. The overwhelming masses waiting for an inspection (there was NO ONE there, for an oil change or otherwise) - were obviously taking up too much of his valuable Marlboro Man time. The reason I was given for the inspector's inability to inspect was he, the chain smoking Jiffy Lube State Inspector, did not feel he could complete any repairs in the two hours he had before peacing out for the day. Uh... what? I concede, I, a lowly teacher, do not know the in's and out's of inspecting cars - especially those that have recently been tuned-up and given a clean bill of car health, but sure. I'll stay in my lane. I was told by Mr. Greenbean that if I came back at 8am on Saturday, I would be the first in line and the Marlboro Man would inspect my car. Great. Fast forward to 7:55am on Saturday: I am greeted by a different employee who asks what I want. I explain I'm here at 7:55am on Saturday AM per the instructions of his Greenbean co-worker and salty state inspector. I was assured I would be *first* in line for an inspection. This new employee informs me with a chuckle that "ha ha, the inspector doesn't work on Saturdays! Who told you to come in on the weekend, they should have known better." That mother**+*** Greenbean. I now know why this place has terrible customer reviews. Zero stars.

A full synthetic oil change took 20 minutes and cost me $66 including sales tax as I used a card. He kindly let me know I still had about 1,000 miles left and wouldn't have necessarily even needed this oil change so quickly but unbeknownst to him I was about to embark on a road trip. I knew I had 1,000 safe miles left but I couldn't believe he told me after having had multiple horrible experiences with male mechanics throughout the years.
