They have a Groupon and I have an older car that I get pretty retail at oil changes on. I usually do valvoline because it's quick and easy but this place was also quick and easy. I did not have a reservation! I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. I was very happy with how quickly they had the oil changed. I did feel like they were a little pushy when it came to making suggestions as to what they think is best for my car. They explained everything pretty well when I asked them to elaborate. I also wanted a nice sticker for my windshield to remind me when I need to come back. They didn't give me one so I wrote on the old one. This place is horrible. DO NOT GO HERE!! They had my car in the bay for 55 minutes. I told them just an oil change. That is it. They came in with engine air filter and cabin filter. The engine air filter did look pretty bad and they said 29.50 to change it. I said go ahead. 35 minutes later they said they didn't have that type of filter. That made me not have any filter on my choice of words. I told them forget about it, I'm tired of waiting. They could have said something a half hour ago. I paid and this young punk kid, who looked like he hadn't showered for weeks, had pulled my car forward and was messing with my radio. I told him to get out and saw that he was messing with my stereo settings. Why the hell would you even need to touch those settings. Never going back. read more

Short story...disappointing customer service. Long story...Came in for a state inspection without an appointment. My car is 3 years old. There were no other cars in the garage for at least 15 minutes at which point they started to work on the other car. They mention they would do this...I guess it's policy? After that car another pulled in and they started work on that one. So I waited longer. And then another. We were going on almost 3 hours now. My beef isn't that they helped other cars...I was "warned" of that but the lack of updates was off putting. A simple, "hey were starting to get backed up, so you still want to wait?" or even "we'll get to your car soon but maybe get yourself an Uber and we'll call you". Something that reassured me that I was still on their radar. I had a feeling I was going to end up unhappy at the very beginning of this experience due to the fact that the associate...I believe his name is Alan...was just not happy to be there. I'm basing this on his overall tone and body language. I guess the lesson here is make an appointment but also this particular location has disappointing customer service. read more

WTF? I had a review of this place and it's gone? Guess someone else wanted the First to Review badge. Yelp, explain why good reviews from elites just suddenly go missing! On to the review... Great for that quick oil change, in and out in minutes. Unlike Batteries Plus where the wait can be hours, and they pad the bill with unwanted expenses. They give you a coupon book with each visit with some great savings on tire rotations, oil filters etc. it's a bit pricey, use the coupons and the price drops nicely. Another awesome benefit is they top off all the fluids and vacuum in interior. They also sell air filters and wipers. Waiting room has TV, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. They even open all doors for you and walk you to your car and shut that door for you too. read more

Always receive consistently quick and professional service here. Like the oil change tire rotation Groupon. Sometimes I think they leave out the Rainex treatment but otherwise I have nothing negative to say about the place. Will continue to get my car serviced here. read more

Fast and furious. Can I use that for an oil change reference? This is my first time to hit up a Jiffy Lube so I had no idea what to expect, other than it should be done in a jiffy, right? I usually get my oil change at the mechanic during inspection and usually when my car breaks (a couple times a year). So to say I'm not up on my oil changes is an understatement (shhh don't tell my dad!). But honestly, this might make me actually be on time with them knowing how easy it was. I came in during the week around 11:30am. I know, I'm lucky to be able to do this during the week to begin with. There were probably about 3 people ahead of me. 15-20 minutes later I was out the door! Bonus, they have free wifi! So I sat with my computer and worked while I waited. An oil change was $29.99. That's just the basic. I had a couple other extras done (coolant, wipers changed, etc.) so it ended up costing me more than just the change, but I didn't think it was too bad. Now maybe my car won't break as often (not likely). Here's hoping! read more

Ok, so, this place ruined my oil pan. Like, stripped the plug or whatever They tried to re-tap it, and pan was still leaking oil. So, why did I give them five stars? Because they were nothing but courteous and helpful the entire time. ANDDDD... they replaced my entire oil pan!!! The entire $300 repair was paid on their behalf. They actually sent a check to the dealership for me of the entire amount and I had it replaced with factory parts!!! Seriously, for making a mistake like that, they certainly made up for it. Every time I go into the Banksville shop, they're really nice, always polite and courteous. I've had other places grind my clutch and get grease on things... not this place. They are wonderful. And every time I've had a longer than usual wait, they've made it very clear and have always been pretty on point with time quotes. I really like this place. A lot of people don't know this though, but if you go there in between oil changes, they will top off your oil for free with whatever oil you normally use. This is especially nice if you have an older car or have been on a highway trip, where its essential to keep the oil topped off. Excellent service :) :) read more

Where do I begin, went to get my oil changed and one of the employees ended up cracking my oil cap and I ended having to pay for it to be fixed when he damaged the item. After leaving I also found a rag left in my engine compartment and my coolant was never refilled. Lastly, I spent over an hour waiting for an oil change. I've been coming here to get my oil changed for almost five years now not only because of it's location, but because of the consistently good service I receive. Each visit, employees treat me with respect and understand the meaning of customer service. I also like that you can tell these people know what they're doing. During my oil change last winter, I had some issues with my tires because of them being old (don't worry, I put new ones on!). The employee gave me some advice and I can tell she truly cared about the issue. I also like that fact that I never feel pressured to buy any of their extra fixtures. They ask and if you say "no," no problem. I'm usually in and out within no more than 30 minutes and I never have to wait for a space to open up. Prices are a little steep but they always have coupons to lower the cost. I should add that I have an Audi which gives an explanation as to why things are always expensive! Foreign cars are not fun. They have a TV, free wifi and coffee on hand in their waiting area. read more

Originally I thought this was one of those places where you actually sit in the car while they do their thing. That's not the case here, if that's what you're looking for. I've always heard these places try to rip you off and it's true, I experienced it first hand today with the GM Charlie. I went in for a routine oil change and to have my tire pressure checked (low pressure light was on) for my company car. The GM informed me that there were 3 nails in my tired but that they would be able to seal the tires affected. My company pays for the repairs so I didn't bother to look at the receipt until I got home and noticed that it appeared that they charged me for two brand new tires which cost $247, so my total bill was 401. I called and spoke to the GM who explained to me that he did not charge for two tires but just the repair and that's what it costs, 247 for a tire repair. I asked him more then once and he told me that was accurate. I hung up and called another Jiffy Lube, who confirmed that I was in fact charged for 2 new tires and fees. I then called the GM back who again tried to lie about what he did and finally said let me check in the computer what I did and then finally admitted he charged me incorrectly "by accident" when it was clearly purposeful. I have been to this Jiffy lube on three occasions as it is in my area and have been great the first two times. This third time, I was told my tires would need replaced soon, although they are only a year old. They said they would give me a quote for new tires which I never got and obviously did not need. They said they checked my lights and were all fine although I had someone tell me my rear left was out, I asked for them to double check, still "fine".i get my car inspected a week later to find my license plate light, both rear lights and left front are out, tires are fine. I asked for them to check out another issue I was having which they obviously did not because, it was an issue on inspection. It was the end of the day on a Sunday and they obviously were trying to finish up the day without doing a good job. I will not be returning next time. read more

Holiday weekend only two guys working and lots of cars wanting service. Alan was calm friendly and excellent. Replaced a headlight and had oil changed. We will definitely be back. A few people waiting seemed annoyed that they had to wait a bit but these 2 guys were working so hard. I think they need an extra hand or two though. You are lucky to have Alan!! read more

This place is terrible. They have no idea what they are doing. The so-called mechanics put in the incorrect oil and oil filter. The oil filter did not even properly fit! And the oil was too thin for my engine. Complete idiots. I wouldn't trust them to do anything. Never going back. Don't go unless you plan on paying for the damages that they will create. read more

It's cliche, but I'd give this place a negative score if possible. Went in for inspection (yes first mistake) and was told it would be 2-4 hours. Fine. 9 hours later they broke a part and thought I should pay. I explained that's not how it works - "you break it you pay". When I pick the car up they proceed to tell me how screwed up the company is and send me on my way. Final straw is they didn't put my insurance or registration back in car. I call them tell them I need it and will return in 5m. When I get back everyone is gone. Don't give a place this incompetent your money. read more

I usually go to the dealer for my oil change, but decided on hitting up the Jiffy Lube since I was a hundred miles overdue for an oil change and since I drive all the time it had to be done. Anyway I called on a Friday at around 4pm to make sure there would be no wait and I was assured that there wasn't. I drove right away and sure enough, no wait. I drove up, told the attendant I was in need of an oil change and gave them my keys. The waiting room had a bathroom, wifi and a variety of magazines in addition to a TV to make waiting a little bearable, which it was. Once I was called, the guy told me what they did and that they would have to charge a little more than normal because my car takes synthetic blend, which was totally true. I then proceeded to fiddle with my phone to find a coupon, to make the whole experience a little cheaper thus more pleasant. Anyway, the dude found a $10 off coupon for which I was grateful, but unfortunately I ended up paying a little over $70 for my oil change. I knew I would pay out the ass though, but I really was in a pinch due to all the miles I tend to add for work. Wither way, my car was returned to me in perfect condition and they actually ended up topping off my fluids and vacuuming my car which was covered with all that winter salt. Wrote a previous review and was emailed that they had responded but now my review is gone! Sorry, but going to post again. I went to this jiffy lube for an oil change early last month. I waited over an hour for them to tell me they didn't have the correct tool needed to remove my oil filter. Yes, you read correctly. A place that specializes in oil changes can't change my oil filter. No wonder they wanted the review deleted. Avoid. Note also that I have been to 15+ other locations, including at least one other jiffy lube, with this car in the past and never had this problem. read more

I would not recommend this location. I used to regularly get oil changes, brakes and inspections here. Of late, they are not able to accommodate inspections. I have stopped several days in a row for an inspection, and there is not a tech on site. I called today, and again, they can not accommodate an inspection, and yet the advertise that they can. This place was great. I needed a safety and emissions inspection, oil change, and a new air filter. They were courteous, kept me updated on the process, didn't try to push anything on me, and it was done well within the estimated time they gave me. I am very happy with their service and the price and the over all experience. They would have gotten five stars except the waiting room left something to be desired. Five chairs with cracked pleather seats arranged in two rows facing a small TV above the desk. I had my two children with me (ages 2yrs and 10 months) and we felt pretty out of place - not child/mom friendly at all. They were kind enough to switch the TV to cartoons which made my daughter's day but it still wasn't close to the tricked out kid's waiting room at the dealership. I guess that's why jiffy lube charges $45 for the oil change and the dealership charges $90! read more

This is not a very professional location compared to my previous experiences across the country. I travel a lot and have to have service in areas unfamiliar to me. I usually have a good experience at Jiffy Lubes but this time I was disappointed. Not only was the receipt very difficult to read to do poor print quality they checked ok on items that I know should have been addressed. Very minor, such as washer fluid, however I paid for full service. Not wanting to take the time to read a very faint receipt I left, my bad. Their excuse for the poor quality print was, it must be an old machine because the toner doesn't last long. read more
