In addition to that, the whole process went entirely smooth--especially on the day of the ceremony. Everything was taken care of, as far as I'm concerned. If I was thirsty, a glass of water was already in front of me. Someone forgot to contact a vendor? Taken care of. She agreed to come in, serve the food, help cut and serve the cake, provide the drinks which she charged $3 per person for, clean up the hall afterwards and take all the trash with her. She did show up with her crew, nicely dressed but they were unprofessional and rude to my guests. The contract clearly said they will be there till 11pm but they were gone by 8pm. They left everything undone. She did not help in cutting or serving the cake, They did not inform us when they were leaving. They took my decorations for the buffet table with them, they took a bag filled with other items with them. I called to try and figure out what was going on and she would not pick up the phone. I am highly disappointed and expected better, Brandy Hines is the owner of this business, she lacks integrity and she is a highly dishonest person. I would not recommend her to be used by an animal let alone a human being. Please for your own sake, the sake of your guest and your hard earned money, please do not employ her services.
