They are listed as a towing service with Farmers insurance . On October 2,2018 my son needed to get his car towed due to what we thought was dead battery, but it turned out to be the alternator. The place we took it said it would be $1000 which is way too much, the tow driver then stated to my son that he could do the repair for $150 and we buy the parts. Good deal right? We were so very wrong, as the man was doing the repair, my son said he was taking a part things that should not have been touched, my son felt he didn't know what he was doing and didn't want to pay him the entire $150, he offered him $80 just to go away. The man (Omar Naser Sr.) and my son both became upset and my son called the police. They were no help and gave my son a hard time, although he was the one who called. The man received the money and went on his way. My son told me the car is undriveable so I took it for a test drive myself. This man turned my son's car into a death trap. The car kept trying to shut off and the steering wheel would lock up while driving. I called the company and the man who answered stated he was the manager (Mike), I tried to explain what happened but he hung up on me twice I sent a text message with no response. My son uses this car to get back and forth to school. Today is October 19, 2018 and his car is finally back up and running, no thanks to dynasty towing. I tried once more to reach out to them before I posted anything negative about them and they still have my number blocked. We are out $645! $125 for the battery, $370 for the alternator and $150 labor. All we were trying to do is get our money back, but since they won't speak with us to get a resolution I feel this is our only recourse. That $645 has to come out of my son's financial aid money. Don't make the same mistake we did. DON'T HIRE THEM TO DO ANYTHING!!!

The man who came to pick up my vehicle was extremely nice and incredibly helpful, he let me know what the issue with my car was and reassured a very-stressed-out-me that it would be an inexpensive fix and not difficult to do. I appreciated his kindness and putting me at ease, and he even dropped me off back at my job which was on the way to my drop-off location for the vehicle, which he didn't HAVE to do, but because he did, he saved me extra trouble of having to find a way back to my job and was very kind throughout the interaction. I thought I could wait it out for a while, but the rain only got heavier & water started to rise. I called a towing company to come help me, and the driver said he would be there in 15 minutes. After 20 minutes I saw my tow truck driver pass by me in the heavy rain, I rolled down my windows and waved at them. My driver instead chose to ignore me and continued to drive off & then started to reject my phone calls. It was probably due to the fact that my car was almost submerged in water & the driver just didn't want to deal with being in heavy rain & deep water. Another tow truck passed by me as I waved and asked for help, no one wanted to pull my car out. Water was leaking into my car, I honestly thought I'd have to leave my car. I Googled towing companies in my area & the first to pop up was Guardian Angel Roadside Assistance. The driver told me he would be there within 30 minutes, to be honest I didn't think they would come I had at least 2-3 inches of water inside my car & the last towing company flaked out on me. At this point I was crouching uncomfortably on my car seat to avoid the water. I'm 6ft tall so my neck was killing me. Guardian Angel Roadside Assistance came as soon as they could, he got out on the heavy rain & high waters to secured my car. I honestly was saved as cheesy as that sounds, no pun intended with the company name either but I felt so relieved that they actually came. Kris took me back to my house, had me sign paperwork and was even kind enough to park at a gas station beforehand so I could retrieve anything else I needed from my car without getting wet. Hopefully I don't ever have to get my car towed anytime soon, but definitely would call this company if they were in my area. Thank you so much guys!
