After being OVERLY CHARGED $500+, they said they'd be here in 30-60mins with a USED TIRE(they wanted over $100 more for a new 1). This was just before 7pm. OVER AN HOUR LATER they called back saying they couldn't find us a tire, new or used, until tomorrow morning. THEY ALREADY TOLD US THEY WERE ON THE WAY. Now we're stuck in a parking lot WHILE WE'RE ON THE CLOCK FOR SNOW REMOVAL all because the guy was more interested in making the sale than ACTUALLY DOING HIS JOB. Oh, AND they wanted to charge a $40 fee for canceling the order, EVEN THOUGH IT'S THEIR FAULT!!!!!!!(We're just gonna dispute the charge) Terrible company. Stay away at all costs. Yousef (driver) showed up after about 45 minutes (we were told it would be an hour). He looked over our vehicle and carefully loaded it onto his truck and secured it well. We followed him to our chosen repair facility and he drove safely. At the shop, he off-loaded our vehicle into a secure location. Although having car trouble is never fun, Yousef took care of us very well. He is a credit to the towing company.

Due to recent flooding that has happened in Houston, my car stopped moving was caught in the high…read morewaters. I thought I could wait it out for a while, but the rain only got heavier & water started to rise. I called a towing company to come help me, and the driver said he would be there in 15 minutes. After 20 minutes I saw my tow truck driver pass by me in the heavy rain, I rolled down my windows and waved at them. My driver instead chose to ignore me and continued to drive off & then started to reject my phone calls. It was probably due to the fact that my car was almost submerged in water & the driver just didn't want to deal with being in heavy rain & deep water. Another tow truck passed by me as I waved and asked for help, no one wanted to pull my car out. Water was leaking into my car, I honestly thought I'd have to leave my car. I Googled towing companies in my area & the first to pop up was Guardian Angel Roadside Assistance. The driver told me he would be there within 30 minutes, to be honest I didn't think they would come I had at least 2-3 inches of water inside my car & the last towing company flaked out on me. At this point I was crouching uncomfortably on my car seat to avoid the water. I'm 6ft tall so my neck was killing me. Guardian Angel Roadside Assistance came as soon as they could, he got out on the heavy rain & high waters to secured my car. I honestly was saved as cheesy as that sounds, no pun intended with the company name either but I felt so relieved that they actually came. Kris took me back to my house, had me sign paperwork and was even kind enough to park at a gas station beforehand so I could retrieve anything else I needed from my car without getting wet. Hopefully I don't ever have to get my car towed anytime soon, but definitely would call this company if they were in my area. Thank you so much guys! We called the insurance company and they said they'll be with us in 17 min. The insurance company tried calling them and they won't answer. Then I check again for their arrival time it says 18 minutes, then 4 minutes then another 17 minutes. I requested the service at 1 pm, it's 3 pm and they never showed up. They never answered their phone to tell us their ETA nor they reached out to apologize for the constant delay. Finally one of the neighbors ended up helping us with the battery.
