They then deducted $2 from my paycheck for "postage". The envelope they used had a 50 cent forever stamp on it. I discussed this with the owner of Legacy, Ken Brown, who assured "I'll take care of that for you, no problem". That was on June 3rd. I had to follow up with the office again on June 22nd. Today, July 12th, I am told by Ginger that Ken is claiming he has no recollection of this conversation and is refusing to refund the $2 he took from my paycheck. Ken lacks the integrity to stand behind his word and is not even willing to get back on the phone with me but hides behind is office staff to do his dirty work. I was not notified of this postage fee prior to the deduction and I did not give consent to it. Plus, they charged three times the amount they actually spent which is fraud. They actually profited off of me for this postage! If Ken will stoop this low for $2, imagine what he might be doing to other people or business's on a much larger scale!

They were really dumb errors (copying the wrong number over; not including any insurance on my rental costs). The worst part is he wouldn't call or email me back when I was still really nice and asked him. I was actually going to fix the first issue myself but upon the closer look I found the other issue... Perhaps there's more). It would likely take him 10 minutes to fix but now I need to redo the entire return in TurboTax so everything is calculated correctly. The reason we go to a CPA is to do things accurately... He can't even get simple things done right. Don't trust him with your finances.
