Mr. Royce Williams refused to delete that particular invoice after I had proven that I had another insurance company covering me during the time period he billed me for. (double coverage) I paid the invoice so that I didn't continue to get bills from Mr. Royce Williams' office, but I certainly should not have been billed for insurance I had already canceled. I would suggest picking a different insurance agent other than Mr. Royce Williams, just in case any kind of issue ever needs resolving.

I started calling around and I was getting expensive quotes and then somebody told me to call Allstate and I got more coverage for much less. I had left my homeowners insurance with State Farm because it was going to be in effect until June of this year, so I just recently upgraded my homeowners insurance. I got more coverage for 50% of the price of State Farm. And I've been with State Farm pretty much my entire life. And I was supposedly getting"discounts" from them, but in reality it was a massive rip off...really a serious rip off. I never once met Jeff Summers in seven years of supposedly having him as my agent. And when I called and told them about what happened with Allstate, they tried to tell me how much better State Farm was, which is just salesman bullshit. I'm a salesman. I know the deal so no, I would not recommend these people at all. I wouldn't recommend State Farm at all.I got more coverage on my homeowners insurance and my deductible went down from $2500 to $1000. So do yourself a favor and call anybody except these people! I would call Allstate if I were you. I've had nothing but a positive experience with them and I've saved a lot of money right out of the gate.
