With Simply Lit, their website was clear, giving good pictures and specs of each of their products. The process was all automated and I was invoiced over text and email. I was able to reserve, pay, and sign a contract all without interacting with anyone, which was a plus for me! I got the 3ft. RGB numbers and was allowed to pick up the day before my event and return 2 days after my event. The letters themselves were handmade and quality. On our wedding day, they arrived ahead of time to canvas the venue and set up prior to, so they didn't impact the flow of the guest. During the reception the booth was A HIT!
