I reached out to a few and they either took a long time to get back to me or in some cases, did not get back to me at all. It was also hard to tell from others what the actual product looked like. With Simply Lit, their website was clear, giving good pictures and specs of each of their products. The process was all automated and I was invoiced over text and email. I was able to reserve, pay, and sign a contract all without interacting with anyone, which was a plus for me! I got the 3ft. RGB numbers and was allowed to pick up the day before my event and return 2 days after my event. The letters themselves were handmade and quality. Definitely the most unique Party City I've ever seen! The COVID-19 percautions they are taking, are all employees and customers are required to wear masks, as well as social distancing being enforced. It always makes me feel safe to shop when there's a mask requirement! Inside they have all of their Halloween animatronics setup! It's so fun that they have them setup so that you can interact and see them before possibly purchasing any. Beware! They are all on sound sensors so they may turn on out of nowhere! And the Smiling Jack one has a shovel that pops up super quick! Be sure it dosen't hit you! LOL! Anyhow, I had a super fun experience here and look forward to visiting again in the future.
