When he extended the driveway we told him there was a Hasta plant that would need to be dug up because it had been there for 50 plus years. He paved right over top of it and it now grows through my driveway every summer. Also when he redid my patio and layed the concrete slab did not put any cracks in it so there is a huge crack in it. He also redid my walkway and rockwall, that is messed up and already falling apart. It gets worse everyday, just a matter of time before the whole thing colapses. We see reached out to him multiple times and he always sets up a time and date and then there is always an excuse, his truck is in the shop, he got sick, or something came up. It has been over 3 years now and still patiently waiting for him to make it right. He had no problem taking my money but will not make his mess up right.

If someone else had falsely represented himself as a representative of Allpro, I suggest the real company file a police report.

Joe and Annalise have been extremely responsive and delivered on all, including this week's aeration, top soil application and reseeding. Like Steve K pointed out they also vary the direction of their cut, reducing the potential for tire damage. So far...A+ Keeping my fingers crossed for fall leaf care and dead heading grasses!

They signed a contract saying the project would take a handful of weeks. And here we are, many months later... and "A Better Finish" walked off the job. They are a disgrace to their profession. If you, after reading this comment, choose to hire this contractor, do yourself a favor and make sure they are never ahead of you financially because THEY WILL NOT COMPLETE their work. They will overcharge and they will underdeliver. They will blow through your budget with no remorse. Just as long as they get paid handsomely, daily. Hello, I had a 40' x 14' foot concrete patio replaced with…read moreCambridge pavers. The patio is along the back of my house and there are 2 doors going into the house from the patio, one slider and one hinged door. The new patio looks good enough but the whole thing is too high relative to the house, the top of the pavers are the same height as the top of the door saddle. I can not install a storm door because it will hit a floor mat. I had asked Manuel to make the patio about an inch below the door saddles during the estimate and again before the pavers were installed, he agreed but didn't do it. It's discouraging, the patio looks nice but it's the wrong height. Now I face the dilemma of living with it or having another contractor rip it out and install it at the right height.
