They have a nice selection of bluetooth speakers and my son liked how you could pick which one to listen to. I had a few questions and Randy was pleasant, knowledgeable and put us at ease. I also watched him turn an irate customer with a return issue into a raving fan. It is obvious that Randy is an exceptional employee and deserves a fat raise.
