Telling me the tablets were free, not that it would also up our bill. Getting us a new tower for internet, not indicating that it changed our plan. All of this also removed our previous grandfathered plan. The person was multi-tasking working with multiple people many times that I was in there it was clear he was just in it for the sales. People should know this is a retail store only worried about sales and making things sound great. Go to a direct corporate center before going to a retail store.
