A lot of misses=MISmanagement! A couple of months after signing on with Michelle, my daughter…read moreshowed me an alert that my rental was "off market". I called and Michelle said there was some sort of MIStake, she had been working on the listing earlier and that she would look into it. Then, a recent hire had unexpectantly quit and had mixed up a bunch of keys and Michelle could not identify which one was mine so Michelle came to home to get another. Several months later after discovering that my house was no longer listed for rent I began calling Michelle and left a number of messages for a return call, which she never did. Eventually, I called Middletown Police to request an escort to Michelle's business so that I could retrieve my keys. Michelle told the police that it was all a 'MISunderstanding" as she thought I had fired her and that she had MISplaced my keys but was willing to reimburse me to have the locks changed. At the police officer's advice I went to Michelle's office, she reiterated that she could not find either of my keys and that she thought I had fired her because she had gone by the rental property and saw people inside. She wrote me a check and I left. It is a MYStery to me why she failed to contact me to verify that I had fired her, to let me know me know that she saw people (possible squatters) in my house, and to tell me that she had lost my keys and her intentions to replace them. The time spent with her to find a tenant for my property has ultimately cost me time and money. I MIStook her friendly demeanor for quality customer service and I MISjudged her level of professionalism.

Another week down and no reply from the President/CEO. Still no work on the cabinet. You'd think…read morebeing such a "well known" name in the community they'd take care of the people who pay their salaries. Not sure if anyone see's this, but this is not how you treat paying tenants.

This woman is nasty. As a property manager, she is despicable. Refuses to repair appliances…read more(microwave) which was over 20 years old. Told us WE have to replace it. Kitchen light fixture not repaired after three years. She manages someone else's private property, and takes no interest in anything other than collecting rent. Home was shown and rented in the middle of winter. Spring came, and all you could smell was dog urine. Requested cleaning, she brought a bottle of deodorizer. "Clean it yourself" was her response. When a minor appliance was requested to be replaced, she gave us 30 days notice to move. This woman deserves NOTHING in the way of commission from her customers. Just a nasty, greedy, ignorant person. DO NOT RENT FROM HER! Lyza is her name. Did I say she was despicable?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND RELATIONS: Over the past…read morethree weeks I have been in contact with Milanka, Irina and Aimee. I was treated like an imbecile by all three, but especially Irina. I was dismissed and was waiting on their response to see if I was approved for almost 2 weeks. Then, today I was told by Irina that ALL of the available two bedroom apartments were rented last week. She never told me if I was approved. I provided 6 months of on-time rental payment history, 6 months of bank statements, and a work contract to prove income. I have a VERY hard time believing that not only was that not enough to get approved but that every single 2 bedroom apartment was rented last week. So, not only did they lie but they acted as if they were above me. They treated a pregnant women with complete disrespect and disregard. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake I made.

I went to their office to talk to them and pick up all my extra keys and found out the adress they have on file is not theirs but a hair salons. Gino who has been the main contact told me he doesn't work there anymore. Jim Miller is nowhere to be found. Workers are unprofessional and doesn't follow through a single promise. Stay miles away from these people!
