Let me say that again she followed through on every single last detail!! She made the experience so easy and worry free. She takes the time to work with you 1 on 1 not skipping a beat. We were afraid to list it for rent in other places and glad we didn't have to. She took the pictures, she made the listing, she posted it, took all the phone calls, did all the showings, had minor details completed, gave us our options, got the lease agreement together, negotiated between tenant and us, got it signed, got the security deposit, got first month rent, and gave us the tenant contact information. Done. She did anything and everything we needed it was the best experience I've had with a realtor in my life. Thank you Elisa your the best in Kenosha

Bad experience with an agent in this office. Linda Swan is a long time realtor and I'm sure a top…read moreperformer in their office, however our dealings with her were unprofessional and neglectful. She was condescending and rude to our realtor throughout our entire process. We realize he was new to the profession and we were his first clients but she made sure he felt his "newness" every step of the way. Very unkind. Our home inspector found 2 gas leaks in the furnace using a gas meter. She did send an HVAC person out to look, at the homeowners expense, as it should be. I'm not sure why she used a company an hour away from Kenosha, in St. Francis, Wi? Kenosha doesn't have any qualified HVAC companies? We were informed that person did a soap and water test and found no leaks. More rude communication from Linda. We were 100% certain the leaks were there as we shadowed the home inspector when he was doing the inspection. The inspector called our agent and us shortly before closing, he was unaware that closing was so close, and when we informed him it was he offered to meet us at the property to identify gas leaks again as he was concerned having people living in a house with leaks. He had offered to go back and identify the gas leaks to Linda Swan prior to contacting us however he was told he would not be allowed back in the house. So we closed, met home inspector at the property, he identified the gas leaks again, we called the gas company, they identified the gas leaks, we called a local HVAC company, they identified the leaks and fixed them, at our expense this time. The expense isn't the issue, and it wasn't great, what is the issue and what I had the greatest concern over was her unprofessionalism and recklessness. Why wouldn't she allow the home inspector to return, show her the leaks with his gas meter? Wouldn't that have been the prudent thing to do, giving she is aware that a family is going to be living in this house. Her choice of HVAC company she used was in question, doesn't she want to know if this company is qualified or using outdated diagnostics? I felt strongly about the issues we encountered with her that I placed a call to her office manage/broker, Marc Frisco. I was told he was out of the office the week I called and left him a message to return my call. I have not received a return call. Wouldn't recommend Linda Swan as an agent, yes, she did do everything to the letter of the law, however her ethics are concerning and prevent me from recommending her. What she is unaware of is that a 4 yr. old child will be living in that house and that is the point, most people in her shoes would happily ere on the side of caution to not have something that could be prevented happen and then have to live with a terrible mistake. That does not appear to bother Linda Swan.

Mariyah was the only person I talked to thereafter. I did not care for her. Every single house we saw, she tried to say "Open concept!" as if it were a selling point. I have never in my life said I wanted an "open concept." But she is making me doubt myself, wondering if I said it was nice once, to be polite. She very much wanted me to buy a more expensive house. Given the state of the market, she succeeded in getting me to spend more than I wanted to, just because it's a seller's market. The finance people she connected me with were fairly terrible. They were just always in a rush. They talked a mile a minute like cokeheads, and wouldn't explain basic things to laypeople who didn't understand what was going on. Over the phone, Shadia would rapid-fire shout a number at me. I found myself wondering, "Are you saying a thousand-something, but you're afraid to say the word 'thousand'? And is that per month or per year?" They demanded forms from me and wouldn't believe me that I didn't understand what they were talking about. Toward the end, Mariyah fought me on the radon mitigation device I wanted installed in the new house. I insisted on it, and she tried to leave it out of the counteroffer, as if I would forget. I finally got harsh with her and ordered her to put it in or we would take our business elsewhere. She whined. Said that the seller would reject this out of hand. Then, a day later, they accepted all terms, including the radon thing, without complaint. Like I knew they would. Rather than complimenting me for my business sense, or just admit that she was wrong, Mariyah pouted and hid thereafter. I never talked to her again. She sent someone else for the final walk through, she wasn't there for the closing, nothing. She pouted and hid like a child. Lisa Fabiano made an appearance at the closing, expecting me to be excited. I was not. I was paying more than I wanted to for a house that I only plan to keep for five years, and I lost whatever meager handholding I had been getting from a childish employee. No. Not excited.
