I lived at this apart complex for a long time, nine years to be exact. Over the years, there were…read moremany ups and downs. There were three reasons I stayed for so long, the first was the price, it was cheap when I moved in, though it increased greatly as I stayed, by the end, the increase was over $100 a month more than I started at. The second was I simply didn't want to move and the third was they had a great maintenance staff. After being there for so long I hit a rough patch and suddenly my years of residence didn't mean anything. They became unbearable. There were times fire alarms would go off daily and in the middle of the night. My neighbors for a year locked their dog in the bathroom and you could hear it non-stop and nothing was done plus people don't clean up their dog waste and its all over. Two sets of neighbors played music loudly constantly and nothing was done. Add to that the fact that almost daily at times police were at the apartments and the quality of the residence became worse and worse with more and more noise. Just before I left, police came door to door questioning residence about an incident that happened in the middle of the night. My car was dinged up several times and keyed, neighbors cars were broken into. Just this April, a friend of mine and I went on a road trip, we left notice my friend was leaving his car in the lot in a visitors space and they were tagged to be towed, I still have the tag. Living there became a nightmare. To top it off, they became really bad at snow removal, they never salted the lot and in March, they failed to clear snow from the walkways and stairs which I fell and hurt my back. By the end, I couldn't wait to leave. Now, following my departure, there were issues about my security deposit which I reported to the state to try to resolve which has not gone anywhere. When you live somewhere for so long, it suppose to feel like a home, but this never felt that way to me, I stayed out of convenience and convenience only until that was no longer possible. Its unfortunate what happened my last year there, I wanted to remember this place somewhat fondly but have only thought of it bitterly. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

That was the first indication that Joseph Hughes, the property owner , is fussy about the way things are done and he checks in on projects daily. He and his daughter, Sabrina are friendly and accommodating. Since I arrived, the communication to enter the building has gone high tech, but EASY TO USE. My neighbors were all nice people. The apartment was a good size and the garden was just a little oasis away from all the noise and bustle of major roads. The tenants are diverse. Young, old, and in between - polite and friendly. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a bit of quiet and a view of trees, shrubs and flowers.
