Moreover, the veggies cooked with the moules were all a bit tough. Perhaps meant only to flavour broth and not be eaten, but if so, shouldn't they be removed in the kitchen? Dinner was decent. Service was alright. De Passage definitely has de atmosphere. Tables are a little bit cramped on either side of the room and could use bussing and cleaning a little more often.

I asked for the wifi password, and the bartender told me it's the capital of Australia instead of telling me what exactly the pw is (which is cinberra).
