They're always closed even when they're open. Their main focus is their Coin Operated Sandwhich machines they've been allowed to put in Warehouses. They shut off Skip the dishes by 2pm after only turning it on anywhere from 9-11am. Their in store is worse as i've stopped by to locked doors with staff inside making food again for the Vending Machines. Its the Owner that sucks. If he was forced out it would go back to the same quality it was. He originally put a lot of effort in but once he got Vending Machines the customers stopped mattering The resturant is fine , workers are top notch but the owner runs things like no Canadian Business man i've ever met as he negatively engages customers often.(including almost hitting me with his van making me drop my food then getting mad at me which is beyond unprofessional) He needs to be bought out,pushed out or looked into as he's killing the business individually read more

I ordered the grilled turkey. I couldn't see the sandwich they made me because they put it in a bag and staple it closed. When I went to eat it I could barely eat half of it. The meat was a weird colour and smelled off. Way to much mayo and it wasn't spread around just globs of it. Barely any lettuce. Wouldn't recommend.... read more

She offered to get me new ones but I couldn't be bothered to wait, I like eating my food together. I didn't ask for one or cause a scene but I like be lying if I said I didn't expect some sort of small discount on my meal - as I ultimately paid over $20 for two poached eggs, two peices of ham, toast and a small bowl of fruit. The next day we went back for pastries, I had the apple almond croissant. It was not fresh, it was hard and I'm going to guess it was made the day before - I wasted $6 on something not edible. Which made me wish even more I had been given a discount the day before. The restaurant itself is lovely - great ambiance, comfortable seating and staff are friendly.
