The upsides are that there is a lot of parking available, you're probably not going to have to deal with lines, and the stores all seemed well-stocked. Their only offer of help was a $10 gift card. They kept saying they had no ability to talk other stores and were just letting us know they had to cancel. Now less than 6hrs before the party we are left scrambling to try and find someone else to bake a cake. I will never use them again and would not recommend for anyone else to use either. The worst customer service I have ever seen.
