I was also surprised that they didn't have many costume for Halloween. This place is very clean and organized. There is plenty of parking. I came here because I had an item to return through Amazon. Their customer service department is strategically placed in the far back corner so for folks like myself, you'd have to pass by the entire store and see all the cool merchandise before you got to return your Amazon item. I liked that I could return my Amazon stuff without needing to print anything out. I just had to show them a barcode and they printed a label and gave me a coupon for 25% off any item for 1 week. Some items here are super expensive while others are great deals. I ended up getting some slippers for $3.89. My husband wanted to get plain white t-shirts but a pack of 6 shirts cost over $30. Their juniors clothes looks to be of cheap quality. They have a lot of house slippers to choose from and plenty of perfumes and makeup items. Their air fryer was sold for much more than the one I got from Amazon. You have to be willing to peruse the clearance sections and use coupons in order to get a good deal here.

The isle was wide enough for other carts and people to pass through, and no one was behind me or approaching me. When I tried to move my cart so I could go else where, customers were passing very close to me so I couldn't mov, even though they had room on the other side. Suddenly, a EMPLOYEE passed me and said to a lady passing, all while I'm literally trying to move but they blocked me in, "What a convenient isle for her to park her cart." That's disgusting that they have an employee who makes fun of customers with customers. He literally trapped me in, and there was room for him and the customer to pass with ease! The employee was the overweight man with the long gray hair. And this isn't the first time I've heard him talk rudely/use a disgusting attitude towards customers.

The contents of the stores are the same as you'd find anywhere, but the atmosphere is unappealing and a little despondent. Out of all the Premium Outlets I've visited this one has probably been the most meh. The various store employees were mixed. There were some that were helpful, and other that sort of helped begrudgingly like they were doing you a favor. The upsides are that there is a lot of parking available, you're probably not going to have to deal with lines, and the stores all seemed well-stocked. The Shake Shack is not in the outlet mall, it's on the other side of the highway.

I have been shopping at this location since it first opened. Ever since the "rearranging" of this…read morestores lay out last year, this place has gone right down the tube. The worst part is the check out registers. Now, there is usually only one register open (instead of two or three), and a line of 6 or more customers waiting in line to pay for their merchandise. Most of the employees have been there for a long time, and all but one exibit the "I hate my job" vibe. The one that doesn't (yet) is the one that is the newest member of their staff. I used to shop there at least once a week, or at least every other week. Now I go a month or two between visits, and absolutely dread it when I have to check out.
