I usually don't waste my time leaving reviews, but I really am going to take a particular amount of pleasure in leaving this scathing review of the ladies who worked at Old Navy today and yesterday. I think that it was absolutely incorrigible the way they treated their customers and then had the nerve to ask me if I found everything OK? Of course I found everything OK no thanks to you. FYI, they have really nice comfy socks which is why I came back to second and buy more and hence why this review gets two stars

The store always seems like it's a mess and that there's no organization to anything that's in there. It is always freezing, it can be the dead of winter but it still is like 50° inside that store. The people who work there however, a really nice and helpful. I feel as though there are never enough people on the checkout registers though, there's always a long line and only two people working the front counter.

While visiting Liverpool, we made a stop here to see it. And to see what else this mall offers. This mall is half open and half closed. You'll find your major retail stores here of course. There are a lot of comic book/novelty stores here which is cool. It is a really big mall and you can tell they are struggling to fill the empty stores. It is quite nice that they have Hobby Lobby here. Dicks and Burlington, it's a one stop shop. I will have to say, they do have a dope food court. They also have a seafood boil restaurant and a Japanese steakhouse. I wish I would have known sooner about both restaurants, I would have love to eaten there. I tried to snag a mochi donut but they were completely out. Total bummer. After checking out a couple stores, we did make our way to the carousel. The carousel is so pretty. I love the detail and the passion that was used to make this magical machine. The colors, the flowers, the cherubs, it's all perfection. I appreciate the detailing of the reigns on each horse, the flowers decorating them and the craftsmanship. The carousel is completely stunning. And I'm happy I got to see it. It would have been that much sweeter if I could have ridden the carousel but it was closed. The mall itself is your typical mall. I'm sure you'll find what you need. The food court does look legit so if I lived here, I would eat here often. I am happy I got to see the beautiful carousel. It is a work of art and the story behind it makes it that much more amazing.

I was on a mission to replace my 6 year old paint and grease stained jeans, which I do have a great emotional attachment with - my wife not as much. The First Gentleman (was it Ian?!) greeted me, looked at my jeans, back at me, and said: "you are here shopping for some new jeans, aren't you brother?" When he hit me with that "brother," I nearly broke down. I felt seen, heard, and validated by this tall gentleman with a long, grey beard I can only dream of having one day. If it weren't for him and his introduction to the Business Discount Program, (Carousel City Woodworks and Carousel Guitar Company), I wouldn't have found my new favorite pants. Forgot the model name, all i know is they are made with the same rip-stop material as my EMT/Paramedic cargo pants. He helped me try on 6 other pairs of pants even though I overheard from the dressing room a manager kindly remind him it was time for him to clock out for the day. He introduced me to the young guy behind the counter, and we talked about heavy metal bands for a bit while he fussed with the laptop for me to enter my business info. He took genuine interest in my company, and I love talking about myself, so that was nice too. I'm sorry to have forgotten his name, but I appreciate what he brought to the experience. Again - super friendly and genuine! I always wanted a pair of legitimate shop pants, and have never owned anything from Carhartt before, and these guys made the sale, as well as my day. Thank you to you both, and I'll look forward to destroying these pants and buying my next pair.

I'd left my winter coat and hoodie behind on tour at a Detroit venue in late February followed by a…read moreday off in Syracuse. When I walked in to Carhartt, not one but two employees immediately empathized with my story and found the exact coat that I was looking for. They even made sure I tried on a few options to get the right size. I was also directed to the rain defender hoodies which would be the best product for my strenuous workflow moving forward. Above and beyond prompt and attentive customer service. I left my hotel room at the Embassy Suites on foot cold and alone, and returned warm and fulfilled within one half hour. Big ups to Jacqueline, and her co-worker. I didn't catch his name but he was also very kind, engaging, and helpful. I wish them both the best of luck in all of their future endeavors.

The Syracuse, NY location is bigger than the one in Concord, North Carolina. They moved and we have been to that one to trade in and shop as well. Syracuse is very organized, well stocked, with plenty of variety from newborn up. Prices are very reasonable and they have special price days for specific items. There are plenty of friendly, helpful staff to assist in locating what you are looking for. Lightly used clothing, shoes, accessories, toys, and more. I still shop here and ship to them. As a seller, I left with what I can only describe as a bad feeling. I brought in six bags full of clothing and a pack n play. After a few hours, I was alerted that they were ready to settle up. When I returned to the store, one of the workers brought out a bin with a small stack of my clothing and told me their offer. This person then explained why they weren't taking more of my items, but it seemed as if they were reading from a script and I felt like I was being lectured to because of the tone that was used. The pack n play was taken out of its bag and not packed back up properly. I should add that I went to the store with my baby in a stroller. I struggled to grab all 6 bags, the pack n play, and wheel the stroller out of the store and all the employees just watched me. No one even offered to open the door for me.

Sometimes you need to pick up a nice dress shirt for work or sometimes you want some awesome in style street clothes. It's very rare that I have ever been disappointed in either category. Sometimes I may have to check out different locations, but I always end up finding what I'm looking for. My wife always comes here for the high end shampoo and quite often high end make up they sell. They sell these products with such steep discounts that it's really hard to go to Ulta or Sephora if you know they are in stock here! Other then clothes and make up, they also have a huge variety of home decor and tons of snacks that you can pick up. On top of that they even have a massive assortment of kitchen wares and utensils. I highly recommend coming to here if you want to save money while get much needed gear!
