The refrigerator, the dryer and the fan exhaust in the bathroom. Dawn claimed to be a licensed contractor who said she was on a mission to "help people in need". I heard her repeat this mantra many times. I saw nothing identifying her as being licensed, but I was pretty out of it after being discharged. She collected $500.00 from my mom and my sister to begin working on these three items. She defrosted the fridge and started it up again hoping the reset would do the trick. It did not. She showed me a part that she pulled out of the dryer that was covered in dust and animal hair. She secured the outflow duct more securely to the wall. The dryer worked when she started it up. It then promptly shut itself down. My sister ordered the fan exhaust which arrived a few days later. It is still in its packaging. She was supposed to return when the part arrived. She never returned. I communicated with her to let her know the part was in. She said she wasn't feeling well and asked to reschedule. I was fine with that. I asked her to just get in touch when things were improving. Two weeks passed with no communication. I texted her again and she said a family member wasn't feeling well and she would contact me when things improved. I was fine with that. Three weeks passed without communication. I texted her again and informed her that neither the dryer nor the refrigerator were working and the fan still needed to be connected. She informed me that she did not feel safe at my home and claimed she had been getting threatening messages. I'm unsure why she was afraid to come back (she wouldn't elaborate) and have no idea how she was being threatened. My tone was very neutral in the messages and I'm a very patient person; I wasn't insistent that she drop everything and repair what what needed to be done. Unfortunately, she had already made her money from my family and claimed she had "fixed what was asked" and the money was hers now. It was truly a frustrating experience. DO NOT HIRE DAWN CASE. She gives licensed contractors a bad name. She will rip you off. If I could post this review with no stars, I would.

Unfortunately, I paid her $250 and my mother paid her $250 for a total of $500 and none of the items that she fixed, stayed fixed. Dawn claimed she was a licensed contractor, but I have my doubts. When my brother inquired about the repairs not being complete, Dawn changed her tune and claimed she was scared to return to his home. if I did it over again, I would have spent the repair money on a service company and not have put my trust into Dawn. We felt ripped off and taken advantage of by her claims of wanting to help people in need. Stay aware!

During visit went from fascia/soffit, gutter repair to adding a small section of roof repair. After consultation with his "Operation Head" we went to FULL roof replacement, gutters, soffit/fascia and a $18,000 dollar price tag. I inquired if we could just do the immediate repairs of fascia/soffit and gutters. Again after speaking to the "Operation Head" we were told no. We either had to do it all or nothing from this company. So advertisement of them doing REPAIR is false they will say the cant guarantee their work unless they do everything. So if you call them be prepared to be bamboozled and expect a crazy high price.
