We had a leak in our roof and these guys came out for an estimate. Out of the three roofers who came, they were the only ones to recommend also checking in with a plumber about the pipe coming out of the roof. We followed their recommendation, worked with a plumber, and then had DLV make some other small fixes they'd recommended. When they came out for the repairs, they went above and beyond by painting the white pipe the plumber put in to make it blend with the roof more. They didn't charge extra for that, they just took the initiative. Also had a great experience with the scheduling staff. Katherine was even able to coordinate with us to have the team come sooner when there was a cancellation. read more

Terrible stay away from DLV, I can't imagine a worse experience, initial quote which I agreed upon turned out to be non-color matched hip and roof shingle, then they charge me to get the correct stuff, all along the correct hip shingles are well documented on the Presidential TL bundle wrapper. The first crew turns out to be subcontracted (even though DLV's salesman emphatically stated they don't subcontract), it was this crew who refused to install the hip shingles because the color clashed so badly. After waiting six weeks for the correct hip shingles to arrive through the hail and storms of April they then send a second subcontracted crew. Of course the second crew neglects to trim back the material at the ridge vents creating complete blockage, I bring this to DLV's attention and they argue with me, I say I'm bringing in an engineer, and they say let's have a certainteed inspector look at it for my 5-star warranty, of course the inspector sides with me. Quality people, workmanship and service. Can't ask for better when looking for a roofer. As first-time homeowners, DLV was superior in answering all of our questions, helping us decide on roofing materials, and making adjustments as we considered additional upgrades and repairs to the exterior of our home. Our Administrative Services Manager, Tara, was incredibly helpful and responsive, gave us up-to-date quotes and install dates, and sent us referrals for additional contractors. While James, our Re-roof Project Manager, made several on-site visits to assess our roof, address our concerns about the chimney, gutters and fascia, and make sure that we were happy with the end product. And when it came to the actual install, the team was prompt, efficient, and respectful of our home. Everyday workers left the site clean and free of any debris. All around, really great experience. Hi! I'd like to share my experience with DLV Roofing. First I'd like to say I am a Disabled Veteran and had struggles with this whole process for multiple reasons. I had a leaking skylight that was literally raining on my head, plus my roof was in need of repair due to the screws installed on my roof being the wrong ones and they were backing out of the holes causing water to get through. I had called multiple Roofers in the area and had 3 companies come out to take a look and give me an estimate including DLV. I never heard back from the first two companies. When I heard from the representative that originally came out from DLV he told me he was leaving the company and asked if I would like for him to supply an estimate for him to do the work himself. I said No, and that I didn't feel he was being ethical by stealing customers from his company that he was leaving. I left it at that and resorted to signing up for Lowes to come out and give an estimate. I had so much anxiety surrounding this issue and the fact that I felt like I couldn't get it resolved was really affecting myself and my son. I have C-PTSD and GAD. I was a mess. Lowes called me to let me know that they couldn't do just the skylight; it would have to be the whole roof at the same time. I couldn't afford both at the same time. I had saved money for the skylight and was saving for the roof. I asked the gentleman at Lowes who he would recommend in the area, he responded with DLV Roofing. I then let him know what my experience had been so far with them and suggested I give them a call and let them know what had happened. I decided to at least let them know what happened. I called and spoke to the Office staff and asked if I could get an estimate just for the skylight since the previous employee didn't supply one. Not only did they get the estimate but the owner himself called me back to talk about what happened and what I needed done. From that point forward I cannot stress enough how wonderful this company is. From the moment I called back until the completion of my project I was treated like family. I was treated with respect, understanding, and a level of kindness that literally changed my outlook on a lot of things. I had never been exposed to this level of care, attention and compassion. They called me back in a few hours and mentioned that they could come out right away and give an estimate. They arrived about 30 minutes later, looked at the damage, and said they could fix it right away and gave me a very reasonable price. It didn't take long at all. With the hard work of the DLV crew they transformed it into my Pinterest worthy dream house. I no longer cringe when I pull up the driveway! I called DLV roofing for gutter cleaning. During my conversation with Kathleen I asked that my roof also be looked at to make sure it was in proper shape and not in need of any repair. I had moved into my home 3 years ago and was told the roof was in excellent shape but since my home is 17 years old, I wanted to be sure there was no maintenance necessary. I was told Chewey would come and take a look when performing the gutter cleaning. He then called to confirm the appt and I explained the same thing to him Next thing I know is that I get an estimate for a new roof for over $20,000 without the roof ever even being looked at or inspected. There was no way they could have known whether the roof even needed any maintenance let alone whether a new roof was necessary. Further, without even talking to me how would anyone know what kind of materials or quality I would have even wanted??? This total lack of professionalism and sleight of hand when all I had asked for was gutter cleaning is inexcusable I called and asked that the owner call me to explain-- received no reply I would never deal with such a company read more

I recently had to have the roof of my house replaced in May. After asking around, comparing prices, etc. I ended up going with DLV roofing. (They came highly recommended to me by a commercial roofer). I received excellent customer service throughout the process. The final costs matched the initial estimates. The reps and crew were very punctual. The actual roof replacement was completed on my house in about 3-4 hours. (My house is about 1300 sq ft. 3 stories including basement).
