Where the new drywall met the wall, the finish was extremely sloppy and noticeably uneven compared to the rest of the ceiling. The drywall also later cracked along the seams. I reached out right after the repair and he did come back to address it, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the issues were not fixed. I followed up again and have reached out multiple times over the past couple of months with no response. We ultimately had to hire someone else, who was able to fix the cracks and properly smooth and finish the area. I understand that things don't always come out perfectly the first time, but I would have appreciated the follow-through and communication to make it right. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.
