Back before she had the tap to pay machine, she'd print out the receipt that DID NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE only to try to get you to tip. Now that she has the tap to pay Chase machine, it's deceptive. You press 1 to tip and 2 for no tip except the 1 is underneath a red X which makes it appear you press 1 to skip the tip. Fine, blame the machine for the terrible UI, but the fact that she called me out for tipping too little pisses me off.

Upon arrival, the two owners looked at me with a surprise, as they forgot about making my donuts. Instead of apologizing, the man who I placed the order with blamed me stating he didn't know what color donuts I wanted, which was completely incorrect. Not only did he know what color I wanted, he also knew what design I wanted, as my friend and I called him together to place the order since it was for a class party. I would have left ready to come again, but due to them not apologizing to me and instead making up a false reason for not making the donuts when I just needed to get donuts and leave for the party, I will not be returning as a customer. They really need to do better with their customer service, as they've just lost one.
