They were able to have a repairman out several hours later. Young man texted to let me know he was en route. He arrived and let me know of $70 service fee that would be waived if he completed repair. He took dryer apart and explained the problem (dryer was screeching like a banshee) and the price to fix. Quoted me a very fair price which made the repair a good deal. Fixed dryer, checked to make sure it was running correctly, cleaned up and was out the door an hour after arriving. A very respectful, quite young man. Extremely happy with the whole process. Would definitely not hesitate to call again for appliance repairs.
