So rude. Although he was helping a customer, you didn't have to push us to the side. If that person was the one trying to look they would have patiently waited and that's what he should have done. Pissed me off. Too irritated to even shop. After looking at other reviews, I see the service is common. Then they have you waiting in line longer than necessary. Call the customers up. That secondary work you have can wait until you finished with the customers in the line. And on top of that, there's an automated email that responds to you and tell you to reach out, but that's just for show. When you actually email that email address, it doesn't seem as though it's a working email.

If you love accessories to match with your clothes, you can probably find something to match your outfits from here. I actually really like that they've moved to Perkins Rowe just because I prefer shopping in this area over going to the mall area. Their clothing designs are colorful and fun + very high-quality. The shopping bag and tissue paper stuffing I got was even scented, which I believe you can purchase those scents in-store, too. This is probably my favorite retail shop at Perkins Rowe. Thankfully, they do put them on sale for way less than the original retail price! I love to buy clothes there, when they have huge sales (usual every season). So, I buy a size bigger; therefore, it will fit my child, when she does end up wearing it. The store is not very big and sometimes there is a bit of digging (if they have clothing in bins); however, for the most part, it is highly organized! Staff here is always so helpful, too! Right now, I am waiting for the end-of-summer sale for my kid's next summer clothes. My other favorite time to shop is during Christmas, when a lot of the winter clothes go on sale! When we gave them to someone for hand-me-downs, they were still in great condition. Oh yeah, they sell school uniform here, too (for EBR schools), which was great mid-year for us, when her uniform pants (that we bought from the years prior) started to flood on her. The prices are great and the store is always well-organized. Customer service has never been bad and I always walk out of the store with a good bit of clothes that don't break the bank! This is perhaps the main reason why I choose not to visit certain stores and/or their locations. This is a first time bad experience at any Hobby Lobby and I'm a regular customer. I'm not from this area, thank God because I would avoid this location like the plague. While I love Hobby Lobby overall, it's employees like this, with horrible dispositions that make the shopping experience less enjoyable. Tailynn needs to take her TAIL over to Burger King because most people don't expect good customer service there. Just a huge disappointment for what started out as a good shopping day.
