The other night I had got a flat tire on my way home from work and I was able to make it into the Perlis parking lot. I ended up having to leave my car in their parking lot over night but first thing the next morning I called to let them know that I would be there shortly to pick it up. The lady that I spoke to, Rachel, was very friendly and understanding. When my dad and I arrived a few hours later to get my car we were greeted by who I assume was the manager of the store. He offered my dad and I a can of Fix-A-Flat, no charge. A little while later, because my dad and I were out there for quite a while, another man came outside and offered us some bottles of water. I didn't get a chance to look around their store before leaving but I would definitely recommend this store to others based on the employees' personalities alone. Only 2 shoppers did not wear a mask though the other 10+ shoppers did. Employees made no effort to correct the situation. Nor was there room for any sort of distancing while waiting to check out. The attitude of the clerk when asked about it was "no we don't." Won't be back to shop where there is no concern for their customers. Too many other shops who do care about the customer with equal if not superior quality clothing.
