Unprofessional and Disappointing…read more I visited Dr. Conaghan's office in September 2021 to get one tooth replaced, ended up getting a bridge. Now I can't seem to get another appointment scheduled. 1. Flipper Fiasco: After wearing a flipper for six months, I finally went in to get the tooth screwed into my gums. Unfortunately, Dr. Conaghan tightened it too much, resulting in a broken bone. So the only other option was I lose two more teeth to get a bridge. Unbelievable! But it was what it was... I refuse to walk around with no tooth. Dr. Conaghan made me a new flipper that day. I had to wait another three months before getting the bridge put in. Once I got the bridge put in I was extremely happy with it. The color matched perfect. Other than losing two other teeth that I didn't intend to lose, I was pleased. 2. Communication Breakdown: Despite calling numerous times in the past few years, I can't get through to make another appointment. The lack of responsiveness is infuriating. 3. Screening Calls: Dr. Conaghan's office screens calls, making it even harder to reach them. Instead of being professional or even an adult and say I can no longer take you as a patient, instead they won't answer your calls. The reason I'm saying that is, I've called from my phone numerous times and cannot get an answer but I call from a different phone and they answer immediately. 4. Not knowing why they won't take me as a patient again is beyond frustrating. Overall, my experience with Dr. Conaghan has been unprofessional and deeply disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone.

I felt that they could have explained my treatment plan better as I didn't realize that parts of it were optional add-ons and parts of it were necessary (Google to the rescue). However, it was very easy to change my treatment plan and the extras were not pushed any further. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Marissa did my deep clean and she was amazing! I have severe anxiety surrounding the dentist and after I brought is up she comforted me and made sure I understood the steps of what she was doing. She frequently checked in with me to see how my anxiety was doing and if anything hurt. 10/10 for Marissa!! By far the best dentist office experience I have had.

Took them 2 days to get back with me. I had a tooth with some sort of issue, it cracked in half and there is a black spot on the gum. Anyway finally got to see him just for him to walk in the room, take the little mirror and take a quick look, and say give her antibiotics, schedule her for full mouth extraction and dentures?!?! Umm why I asked he just walked out of the room. Went to the desk and was charged $150 for his 3 minutes of time. So that was a disappointment, however he is the only dentist I've used so I done some research and since I have dental problems my entire life due to soft teeth and I only have 21 teeth left I decided to go ahead with his plan. Called the office waited for them to call me back just to be quoted $235 per tooth for extraction so for upper teeth $2585 then the upper plate is $2700 so we are at $5285. Bottom $2350 for extractions and $2400 for bottom plate. So $10,035 for dentures NOT snap in NOT permanent just regular adhesive needed dentures- AND top extractions, temporary plate for 6 months! Then same for the bottom so that's a year to get everything. I asked him what his lowest price would be if I paid with cash. He said I don't discount my work. NOT today Satan. RIP to the Dr. Arnold we all adored so much. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

X-rays were done last month to determine how damaged Aspen Dental caused one of my crowns. Dr. Arnold said that it will keep getting infected and it was supposed to have been extracted today, along with another tooth that needs to be filled. I've been gaslighted by this office three times now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM. It really pains me to write this about a once dedicated dentist, but it seems that no medical professionals can be trusted anymore.
