I also sat there and waited for an hour after my appointment was supposed to start. I understand that people fall behind and what not but when we were arriving, we were told it would be about 10 to 15 minutes and it ended up being a whole hour very dissatisfied and I was very upset when I called and asked if I could get a refund they just told me that I could come back in and get them fixed. Why would I want them to fix something when they didn't do it right the first time? Acrylic should not break off three days after you get them done and be lifting, especially for the price that I had paid for these nails. I felt like it was very expensive.
