The ceilings and painting came out beautifully. He was also able to remove all the old ceiling fixtures, vanities, mirrors, etc. Jonas was such a pleasure to work with, a true professional in every aspect. Jonas had good communication skills and kept me updated on the job's progress. (We weren't living in the unit.) He was a wealth of knowledge regarding best choice of paint and helping narrow down color choices. Because yes, my head was spinning the more I researched paint colors. Apparently it is recommended to choose paint by light reflective valve (which is based on windows and lighting) and also the underlying colors of you flooring and cabinets.) I went with his recommendation and was so happy I did. The condo looked bigger and brighter than my previous paint color. The trim and baseboards looked very clean. As a person who tends to have some OCD traits, I was happy with the neatness of all the painting. The workmanship of his team was excellent. I tried to contact management regarding my payment, but I did not receive the response or communication I expected. This was extremely frustrating and, based on my experience, very unprofessional. Subcontractors put in their time, labor, and expenses and deserve to be paid according to the agreement. If you are a subcontractor considering working with this company, please do your homework first. Make sure everything is in writing, including the payment terms, and keep records of all work and communication. I am sharing my experience so other people can be aware and make their own informed decisions before accepting work. The crew showed up on time, tarped the entire work area to catch the torn off roof and nails, and there was a project manager on site the entire time! Not sure what parking lot they get their employees from but they did more damage than the simple job that I hired them to do. I should have posted this back in 2024 (it is currently 2026) when this issue occurred to help you Yelpers but didn't want to impact a legal recourse. The job I hired them to do was to take out a roof ridge vent and replace with regular roofing ridge shingles and install an attic fan, that was all. Did not need 7 employees hanging out on my roof. I had to yell up to them that taking the chimney apart was not included in this work so they bent the aluminum capping back half ass. They did not even replace the ridge vent shingles correctly or enough therefore left exposed nail holes from removing the ridge vent shingles. The photo (see my photos) of this job shows the light of the sky that you can see through one of the holes from the INSIDE of my attic. When complaint was presented to the owner I was told that the holes are too small to let rainwater in!! They also cut the ridge vent shingles right on my existing roof without a cutting board therefore slicing up the existing roofing shingles. The attic fan was the wrong one installed which was a cheaper version. Wouldn't you check the item to insure it was the correct model BEFORE installation?!? Proven contractors also conveniently gave me an additional estimate for $$$$ thousands more to fix the damage that THEY caused. Also owner of this company is very curt and dismissive when approached with the complaint. This company was a never-ending NIGHTMARE so if you hire them you better have knowledge and be the supervisor yourself.
