But today he came to me and personally showed me how to correct the problem( I admit it was operator error). So after a months long hiatus of not grilling I'm back in business! ANOTHER GOOD REASON TO DO BUSINESS WITH LOCALLY-OWNED COMPANIES.

He didn't repair anything and didn't return 2 fix anything in 3 weeks like he said. He basically said that there wasn't much he could do, anyway. Based on what happened and my interaction with the repair guy, I filed a claim on my Amex, then filed a bbb report. These folks operate out of an old, run down store and strip mall. I should not have ignored all the red flags flying all over the place! Even so, u can't shop anywhere, especially where ppl make commissions and expect full disclosure! they'll lie, cheat, leave out details, have hidden fees, etcetera. Buyers truly need 2 beware. I could have paid off my car 4 the amount I'm being charged 4 this substandard furniture! The name of the furniture isn't the same! That was swapped out! They claim 2 b so much better than Ashley, yet they sell Ashley products! In actuality, they're so much worse than Ashley home store! Their crappy furniture doesn't cost a small fortune! Their only listed number has changed with no new number listed yet they're still operating, looks like. Family and employees must b giving them rave reviews like other business do here and on Google, smh.

Matter of fact Shane gladly held it for us for 2 more months without asking for the rest of the money. His two delivery guys were extremely nice and went above and beyond and taped a furniture pad on the side of the door jam to make sure that they didn't scratch it when moving it in. Very thoughtful! We found out the hard way that the roof leaks. It leaked on our items and when we brought it to there attention they claimed they fixed it but we might want to bring a bucket just in case. We had water damaged items and they simply did not care. Issue two, we had multiple items stolen out of the booth both by vendors and shoplifters. There is no security we found out later. Once again no management concern. Issue three, parking is sub par to say the least. When we informed them we were out of there they tried to rent out the same leaking booth to someone else. Did not work as you can see water damage down the walls. We were scheduled to move out at the end of May. Our daughter passed away and we had to leave town. We called Judy and she said she was going to have another vender move out our stuff and charge us 250.00 for doing it. We'll they never moved our stuff , thank god but still charged us. Wow.. Talk about character.... Don't go here folks.....

It ended up not fitting in the truck we brought so he followed us in the company truck (for a small fee, which I happily paid because it was strapped down and secured very well. Much better than it would've been in my truck.) He sent me pics of the catalog so I could find more specific specs of the bed so I could make sure it worked before I bought it. Plus, he even answered a question five days later when I was setting up the bed and couldn't remember one detail. I would highly recommend going to this store! Rosa was there and so nice & helpful. She's been there 12 years and was off Matlock & Pioneer before. It's a small place packed with mexican pottery of many varieties. As a Texas native, I historically feel I have to go to San Antonio for this type of pottery. I just got back from San Antonio recently and she had a couple same items (priced same or a little cheaper) and many different pottery that I didn't see in San Antonio (where shops tend to carry the same things). So I'm super grateful and will be going back, She's having a sale on the large pottery right now as she's trying to scale down due to reduced demand. There are so many beautiful pieces. Just what I was looking for...Authentic Mexican Pottery…read more We happened to find it randomly by googling Mexican Pottery in Arlington and this place came up and the photos had exactly what I needed for some new plants on my patio. It reminded me of the shops in the Mercado in San Antonio except I didn't have to fight the crowds of people. The owner was very helpful and showed us different items and colors. She wasn't pushy. While we were there, some of her regular customers came in to shop. It's in a funny spot in the parking lot. But the signs are there and easy to find. I think it is next to an insurance office. If you are looking for lizard decor, cool pots of all sizes and colors, birdbaths, funny peeing dogs, and excellent customer service...then Rosa's is your spot. Shop local. Shop smart.
