I had a rug that was about 25 years old which needed a really good deep cleaning. Fort Worth Rugs came thru with flying colors! The price quoted on the phone was what I paid and wow, they did a fantastic job! My rug now looks like it is brand new! They were even able to remove almost all of the stains, some of which I did not think would come out but they did it! I will definitely use their services again. Five stars for Fort Worth Rugs! I've done the homeowner route of cleaning my rugs (including this one) by renting a rug cleaning machine in the past but there is a HUGE difference between the results I obtained by doing that and hiring Fort Worth Rugs. FWR's cleaning service is far superior to me using a home rental rug cleaner! Ashley (the owner) was not satisfied with the results on one washing and she had her crew do an additional spot clean and a complete rewash to get my rug really clean, at no additional cost to me. Next time I need any rug cleaned or even if I need to buy a new one, I'll go to Fort Worth Rugs since they provide such an outstanding service!
