She showed him again the color in the book. He came back and started painting a deep purple color. She informed him again that it wasn't the right color. He then stood up shaking the bottle and loudly yelling at her that it was the color. She asked why he was talking her like that. The owner stepped in and my wife explained the issue and told the owner she didn't come in to be yelled at. My wife was about to leave and the owner offered to do the pedicure herself and brought the right color. What should have been a relaxing experience turned into a stressful and upsetting event.
