When I entered, I went to the back, where I thought online order pickups would be. I had to pick up two separate orders, one for my dad, and then one for an order I placed yesterday. When I arrived, I went to the back, but this was the self serve pickup. Being totally confused, I asked an associate, I gave her my order number and she says, I don't think it's filled yet after checking and there being no record of the orders. I wound up leaving, then because I didn't want to come back, I downloaded the app and noticed one of my orders, the most recently placed one was canceled, due to the item being out of stock. I came back in, asked an associate about the order my dad placed. Come to find out one of the items in his order, the one that was for pickup was also canceled due to lack of inventory. I wish Kohls would do a better job of making sure items are in stock before allowing you to pay, and then saying your order is good to go.

I washed it per the label instructions and let it dry flat. The garment shrunk to a child's size piece of clothing. I went to return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase & the store manager refused to do either. She would only repeat herself over/over by saying if you wash the clothing we cannot refund or credit you. I explained that I only wore it once and during the initial wash the clothing was defective. The exact dress was still for sale & hanging up near the register. The manager said there was nothing she could do for me. She also said since I cut off the tags their policy is no refunds or exchanges. I am reasonable and I understand in certain circumstances refunds/exchanges can not be made but in this instance management should have made an exception. My main complaint was the store manager made me feel like this business does not value their customers. There are so many other wonderful local businesses in Nocatee or Ponte Vedra. I would recommend spending your hard earned money at a store who appreciates their customers and makes repeat business a priority.
