All of which stared at me and my cousin as we walked in and couldn't bother to say at least hi. We were in the store for approximately 10 min and not a single acknowledgment. Shame is I was willing to shop and purchase several adorable items I had spotted online, but that quickly vanished and shared with the other small businesses around, allllll of which warmly greeted us. Shockingly enough, the owner posted a video talking about things they've learned in 10 years and even goes on about the customer experience and how a store "made you feel", yet many reviews reference the standoffish atmosphere dating back 9 years up until now.

There are no mirrors in personal changing room only in common area. So I stepped out to see the fit of a dress I tried on, came back and my personal clothes along with store pieces were collected without me knowing. I asked around and the employees returned them to me including a shirt that was the wrong size from what I originally picked out. (Which was the only item I ended up wanting to buy). Since it was the wrong size they offered to have the right size delivered to me but not informing me of the additional shipping costs. In the end having my clothes taken and paying more than what I originally planned ruined my first experience shopping here.

Horrible customer service + low quality clothing!! I try to support local businesses so I purchased…read moretwo items from this store in Nocatee. One item was a $60 dress and I wore it one time. I washed it per the label instructions and let it dry flat. The garment shrunk to a child's size piece of clothing. I went to return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase & the store manager refused to do either. She would only repeat herself over/over by saying if you wash the clothing we cannot refund or credit you. I explained that I only wore it once and during the initial wash the clothing was defective. The exact dress was still for sale & hanging up near the register. The manager said there was nothing she could do for me. She also said since I cut off the tags their policy is no refunds or exchanges. I am reasonable and I understand in certain circumstances refunds/exchanges can not be made but in this instance management should have made an exception. My main complaint was the store manager made me feel like this business does not value their customers. There are so many other wonderful local businesses in Nocatee or Ponte Vedra. I would recommend spending your hard earned money at a store who appreciates their customers and makes repeat business a priority.

Many of their clothes were wonderfully soft and stylish. I also think that they are affordable. In addition to soft clothes they sell shoes, sunglasses, sun hats and other accessories. I especially liked a lot of their costume jewelry. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The store is clean and organized in a way that flowed nicely and enhanced the shopping experience.
