I was attempting to establish a new place to tan as its closer to my home. Looking on yelp i found your business with an offer "$5 for one week". Once I got to your business, the girl didn't know how to process so she called the manager. I have tanned at your place once before months ago. The manager then said I can't use the promotion as I'm not a new customer and that if I wanted to tan there I could buy a membership? No where on this yelp deal does it say first time customers only. Ended up getting a Groupon for this tanning salon for an unlimited tan for $20 so we went there the first time today and was greeted by Jordan who is an extremely nice and friendly woman, we really bonded with her, she was super accommodating and showed us the tanning bed. She suggested how we should do it to get the best tan. I really loved the standup bed highly recommend this place it is my go to now! read more

Beware of hidden fees, misinformation, rude staff and an owner that doesn't bother to return phone call to concerned customers!!!! Their website states that memberships are free of contracts and free of any fees. I had been a loyal member for over three years but when I canceled because i was moving, no one told me there was a specific date I cancel by. When I was charged for the next month I called and the girl I spoke to assured me I wld receive a call from the owner to confirm my refund. I never got an answer! When I called back the girl I spoke to was extremely rude and told me that I canceled my membership on the 26th of the month but I had to have canceled by the 25th of the month!!!! Riiigghhtt! I asked for the owner to call me back again and still no answer!! Don't waste your time supporting owners who could care less about their customers! read more

First time I've ever been here and I'm definitely coming back! Brit was so amazing and kept me smiling and laughing the entire time I was there. She recommended I do a certain recipe for the perfect spray tan and I'm extremely happy with my results. I wanted to look glowy for my trip to Mexico! I never received so many compliments and I was hit on so many timesThe spray tan came out perfect :-)))) thank you so much again Brit! I have been going to B-tan on and off for approximately 6 years Jordan is amazing she does a phenomenal job keeping the place clean she's extremely personable she loves to talk with her clients & she makes one feel very welcome, she's a wonderful young woman the owner extremely friendly & very kind, he's a smooth talker when you purchase something from Groupon he can get you good with an upsell but well worth it I'm looking at Groupon right now and I'll probably purchase one month for $15 you can't beat that if you've never been to B-tan definitely try it out & always check on Groupon cause you will find a great deal. read more

Really disappointed in their place. Sure the staff is nice, but the beds suck. Apparently, the owner is too busy to get new bulbs for his beds. Don't waste your time tanning at a place that has weak or burnt out beds. Lots of dust and human hairs in the beds. This place needs to be shut down. read more

Decided to give tanning a try after many years and at many locations. I'm happy that I did my research on tanning establishments in the area. Since B Tan DEFINITELY was the best that I saw, I decided to give it a try. I am so happy that I did! Of all the tanning places I have tried, this is without a doubt the cleanest one. Price is great - $20 for level 1 or $32 for level 2 for an entire month unlimited! I've done both and have not been disappointed. The stand up beds get you to the perfect bronze color. Also, the gentleman that works the front is extremely friendly and will help you chose the best one for your budget. read more

Awful quality tanning beds. Half the bulbs in the beds are out. The girls who work there are young and dumb. Emma the manager always smells like pot and is as trashy as she looks along with her side kick Angela. DONT TAN HERE!!! I've been going here on and off for almost 2 years now. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and while it may not have some of the extra fancy "bells and whistles" of some other salons in the Boca/Delray area, this salon is wonderful. They have a ton of booths in multiple levels, there's never a wait to use the bed or booth you want (and on the one or two occasions there was, it was maybe 3 minutes), they have great high pressure beds and booths and a good spray tan system. The unlimited memberships are significantly more cost effective than other salons in the area and you receive the same quality you would paying double the price somewhere else. I look forward to taking my me time to tan, and this is the best spot to do so. The salon is always clean, comfortable, and the pricing is competitive without sacrificing quality. Although b-tan is a little further now since I have moved further out west; I still stop in time to time, and they always have clean beds and standup's. I really like that they give you a cold towel after you tan. The only issue is the parking. It is a little far from the entrance and hard to find a spot sometimes. read more

Old burnt out bulbs! This place has gone down hill over the years. Every tanning bed has anywhere from 2-11 burnt our bulbs. That means the ones that are not burnt completely out are old. The staff keeps stating the owner has ordered new bubs which never happens. I would be surprised if this place doesn't close soon. read more

This place is so immaculate and clean, neat and organized. Great spray tan just first time around too. Jordan at the front is so sweet and helpful. She walked me thru everything. The tanning beds I am not new to but the spray tans I was. She is great. She also recommended an enhancer cream so that I could shower sooner and the results of my tan were the next morning and so nice and even all over bc of what she recommended.
