I called in to this salon because I wasn't satisfied with a tan I got the previous day. I spoke to the owner and told him what I was looking for and he said to come in he had exactly what I wanted. I came in and I was already skeptical bc of what happened the previous day but his kindness and energy got me excited and optimistic... I walked out of the spray tan booth SO HAPPY bc I was dark and the exact color i wanted to be, not only that Chris (the owner) went to get my car in the parking lot and drove it to the front so my tan wouldn't get ruined due to the rain. My experience here was so amazing that it left a huge impression I wanted to leave a honest review. CHRIS thank you for this experience, I'm visiting from out of town but I will ALWAYS be coming back here for my Malibu spray tan in the Versa pro! Thank you so much! Beautiful facility, very clean with friendly staff. The decor is fun, and the bulbs in each bed I have used so far are new. I am very pleased with my visits so far. It's priced much higher than other salons but the quality and cleanliness speak for it. The only negative detail I will share is circumstantial, and really shouldn't affect your decision on the tanning salon you choose for yourself. But CALL ahead if you have promos or coupons. I picked up a "30 day free trial" promo card out of a stack of maybe 10-15 that are still being offered at the front desk of the gym and brought it in last week (March 2021) I was told that the promotion was only offered upon the opening after quarantine in June 2020 and no longer honored but they just forgot to remove them. There was still a stack, so I assumed she would honor it because I came out of my way and then remove the remaining cards -- but I walked out having paid $65 for the month because it was a rough morning and I really just needed to do something nice for myself that day. I was sort of bummed because I would have probably purchased additional months anyway, but really I wanted to try it out first. Like I said, totally circumstantial and I wouldn't let it reflect on the rating or your decision to visit. Still top notch. I am enjoying the quality of this gorgeous salon, but that bummed me out. If you have a promo card or coupon, definitely call ahead. read more

Love this place! I used to come here twice a week but have slowed down for a bit. But I love me my SPRAY TAN! The Versa Spa tanning booth is amazing! I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks! I am super fair and I can lie out in the sun but I just get burnt and pink and that's it. I love how I look after my versa spray tan. Looks dark and NATURAL! The girls are super nice and the owner is great as well! They also decorate so amazing for every holiday! Halloween being my favorite! Great business! Went in with my friend to get tanned for my birthday and we were nervous since it was our first time. The blonde girl was super friendly and was informative when explaining the different options. Don't go here or buy Groupons. It's a joke. Came a week ago and told the person at the front desk why don't I just buy the Groupon and it will be cheaper. They suggested I try it first and than I can buy the Groupon. So I did and the spray tan was ok. Not great just ok. Anyways I decided to give it another chance so I purchased the Groupon. The girl at he front desk tells me I have to pay full price cause I've been there within 120 days. That I should of read the Groupon. Fair enough. But your own employee discouraged me from buying the Groupon in the first place, probably so you could just screw me later and disqualify me. On top of that she was wrong cause it's 180 days. So they're employees basically have no idea what they are talking about. I just think it kind of sucks cause I've been there once. One time. Not like I'm a habitual repeat offender of buying Groupons. You could of had a client who comes all the time. Plenty of places I can go. read more

I bought a package of 10 sessions. It was my first time in the salon. The sales person was on his cell phone when I arrived. He greeted me, told me take a look at the packages and let him know when I was ready. He was more concerned about his personal call than doing his job. The second time, I attempted to visit was at 2 AM on Wednesday morning. Nobody came to the door or answered the business line. I waited 10 minutes in my car & made several more phone calls to the business. All went unanswered. I finally left. The next day, I spoke to someone on the phone who assured me that someone was in the store. They were rude when I asked why nobody picked up the phone. When I asked to speak to a manger the girl on the phone said "he was not availiable." She didn't know when he would be in the store. I left my name and number for him to call me. He did not. I drove to the salon this evening. I arrived 30 minutes before closing time. The front door was again locked and the lights were out. I called the store and no answer. I sat in my car until closing time. I kept calling but again NO ANSWER. Do not waste your time or money on Boca Tanning Salon. They are NOT open 24 hours. The staff is rude! The owner could not be bothered to return a phone call. read more

Not sure why my location says NC, I am a Boca Raton local. I purchased a Groupon for 3 sprays in November - it said they expired in March. When I used the first coupon the woman did not think it necessary to share with me that from the date of the first use - you had to use the other 2 within a month. So when I returned (over a month later - everyone knows it isn't healthy to layer spray over spray and 3 tans within one month is aggressive), I had to pay full price for a tan, and the same woman told me "oh you had to use these in a month"... funny cause YOU are the one who checked me in last time. Then she proceeded to try and upsell me on a package for $75 when I had just lost $75 on a Groupon I was able to use for a single tan... I used to work at a tanning salon. I know the tactics used to rope people into memberships & spending for my personal commission gain. But this is not how you get people to sign up for your company to return on a consistent basis. Rude and condescending. Second, the machines are dis.gust.ing. The Versa machines are a fabulous asset - I love them normally as, again, I used to work in a salon with these booths. I know how to clean them. These are not clean. The walls are caked with spray solution and the layers of slime from previous tans are evident, even to someone who has not seen a properly cleaned machine. Save your time, money, and skin from whatever the hell is going on here. read more

They do not honor the specials listed on the website, I went in and was ready to pay for the most pricy special and the girl told me "oh that special was over like a week ago" ......my thoughts, were (why the heck is it still on the website) and (if it is still on the site, why not honor it ) ...for their lack of work ethic in taking it down. This is my favorite tanning salon of all. Anyone who has been here would clearly know why! They have awesome staff and really hot beds! I love that they offer so many stand up tanning beds and great high pressure beds as well. The way that they have decorated this tanning salon is so cheerful and eclectic- always puts me in a great mood when I get here each time! I look forward to coming to tan here. I always come here once a month and buy a week pass. But this time what they did to me was not nice! I have started to use my pass saturday and It should end next saturday! When I come back here on my last saturday, they told me that my pass is over, so they didn't let me use on my last day. Sorry but If you say for a week, It should be a week !! Never coming back!!! Such a bad experience, i was a member of this club for 7 months, i mention to the front desk about cancelation because i was moving, my membership was supposed be end on feb 15, and i come in to tha club on feb 13, and i was rejected by the front desk, tha girl i never saw there talk me i could not tan tha night because my membership was cancel, i never cancel, but any ways i come back to talk to the manager about it and she said they will take care the fact, well i never get a phone call back, so i call and they said, they wach the video and the video shows i was never there. Really? Im paying this membership for 7 months and now im lying because i need a tan for free? Come on, make sense people, i never come back to you guys.
