While waiting, I noticed several issues with cleanliness--surfaces appeared dirty, and the overall environment felt unsanitary, raising concerns about patient safety. To make matters worse, the staff was not only slow but also quite rude. They seemed indifferent to patients' needs, offering little to no reassurance or support during the lengthy wait. Given these serious issues, I believe this hospital should reconsider its operations. It's concerning to think about the quality of care being provided under these circumstances.
