She…read moreis very hard to get numb we made sure they fully understood this before she decided to go to him. The first trip was the typical visit where they x ray and clean. Needless to say they made her feel very bad for having cavities. The next visit went ok he was able to get her numb because he waited for the numbing medicine to work. The visit today was a completely different story. He gave her the shot, put his gloves on and proceeded to start drilling. He didn't even give the medicine time to work. She felt it and instinctively pulled back. This made him mad he proceeded to tell her that he wasn't dealing with it and told her she would have to find another dentist. He didn't even try giving her more medicine and finish what he started. If you can't deal with it Dr. Simmons it's time to retire. It's dentists like this that make people not want to go. There is a dentist in Greensburg that I highly recommend and that is Dr. Bobrowski at Bobrowski Family Dentistry. He is patient, kind and compassionate. The only reason she didn't go there is because they don't accept her insurance.

He explains every single step that he is going to do. There are never any surprises with him. He is always calm and treats both his patients and his staff with the utmost respect. He gives me sunglasses to wear for my protection and I feel like I'm at the beach until I have to give them back!! Not any pain whatsoever and that is the best part!!! My daughter's first experience with a dentist was turned around by them to the extent that she requested we go to the orthodontist right next door, just because she felt safer there. The staff is knowledgeable, talks to you like you're human, answers questions, and the staff fight to find the insurance, even when the orthodontist next door can't. I cannot speak more highly of this place! I'm so glad my daughter loves this dentist! What a rare treat to be able to grow up with!
