Not my fave. I got a gift from here that wasn't what I would…read morehave picked, so I returned it and got a store credit. That portion of the experience was good (although the item was $118, and you can buy the same product from Buy Buy Baby for $90...so definitely overpriced). However, the actual experience of trying to spend the $118 since then has been so aggravating. They have one really nice saleslady, and one who absolutely makes every experience awful. The woman who sucks is the brunette Caucasian girl. I was the only person in the store and she didn't even help me at all. The other girl, of darker complexion, was way better once she came off break, but I was already too aggravated to want to buy anything. This has happened THREE TIMES NOW. I sort of want to ask them when the white girl works so I can just avoid her altogether. Besides being overpriced, I've seen a number of pieces of clothing from nightwear to baby wear that has stains on it. The first thing I chocked up as a one time item stain, but now it's been enough that I don't understand what's going on (although looks like an oil stain). Anyway, customer service is awful and everything is overpriced. If I didn't HAVE MONEY THERE TO SPEND, I wouldn't go back.

I hadn't ever been in before and was the only customer in the store. What drew me in was the mid-season sale advertised in the window. I tried on a dress that looked gorgeous on the hanger, but just wasn't quite right. The staff paid no attention to me in the dressing room. No questions about fit or if they could help find something different. I left without purchasing anything. Selection looked quite extensive and they carry some nice lines, but ZERO customer service.

During my fitting I got to meet a lovely lady named Amy , she was so encouraging, helpful, and honest. She wasn't just selling me a bra she was finding me one that was not just overpriced and fits well she helped find one I feel sexy , beautiful comfortable and confident in. Lady's we all have are days where we need a boost and honestly it starts with the proper support. I highly recommend going to melmira and I fully believe you will walk out smiling and confident.

I came to Melmira today and the experience was fantastic. The employees bring you into a fitting…read moreroom with a table and chair and ask you what you are looking for. Envision "Say Yes to the Dress" but for Swimwear. You tell them what you are looking for and then they bring you some swimsuits. As you try on each piece you tell your stylist what you like or dislike about each piece. She then grabs you more swimwear or lingerie until you find the perfect article of clothing for you. It was definitely a fantastic experience. I found some swimsuits that I really liked but the store was closing so I had to cut my appointment short. I will definitely be back to pick up a swimsuit. The prices for swimwear range between $150-$400 for a one piece and $80 for a bikini bottom and maybe between $120-$200 for a bikini top. If you want to be pampered and really discover what looks good on you, this is the place to come! It is ideal for you to book an appointment as the product is not available for you to browse through. A stylist has to personally bring you items!

I REALLY like this store. Then again, I'm kind of a snob for clothing. The only thing I wish they'd…read morehave, is more items NOT made in China. Nevertheless, you can find gorgeous Smythe coats and jackets here (also found at Holt Renfrew) which are made in Canada, as well as other beautiful pieces in simple cuts and pretty colours. I find them a slight bit pushy and overeager to sell... although they backed off once they realized I was not responding to their cooing about how perfect the items looked on me. You can also find some wonderful cashmere in here, but I prefer buying cashmere scarves from White & Warren online (best quality cashmere for the price, I have ever found, even compared to the uber expensive Cashmere Shop in super pricey Yorkville), and I prefer buying my cashmere sweaters secondhand ... because they're expensive.

The products were nice enough, but overpriced in my opinion.  But the main problem was the service! After not even being greeted or assisted in any way for several minutes (and it's not a large shop - they could see me, but chose to ignore me and to keep conversing between them).  When I finally asked a question about sizing in a top, I was very brusquely brushed off. This happened again, until one of the employees suggested a different top (that was about 3x the price).  When I made a comment about it being out of my price range, she looked me up and down and condescendingly told me that maybe the items were not my style. (Yes, I was wearing yoga pants and a sweater - I don't dress up for walking around).  I told her that I found her comment extremely rude, and walked out. I can accept a higher price for something if the service is great.  But people that rude do not deserve anyone's business.
