Unfortunately, what I witnessed was the exact opposite. While several employees were struggling to clean vehicles, the owner appeared more interested in sitting indoors drinking beer during business hours than supervising operations or ensuring customers received the quality of service they were paying for. The lack of leadership, accountability, and professionalism was impossible to ignore. As someone who values good service and is willing to become a loyal, repeat customer, I was extremely disappointed. The car is always dripping wet and soapy after. They only do the exterior. Nothing more. The nearest full service wash is a few miles further from my home and a few dollars more but I go there when I have time to have the interior vacuumed and wiped down.

I love that you have to be a member to use the vacuum cleaners... and speaking of the vacuum cleaners... man, I LOVE that machine that cleans your mats in seconds! The vacuums are super strong as well. Customer service was very attentive and walked me through the process when I seemed to try to figure something out. Oh and they gave me a free upgrade to platinum during my first visit. I'm very happy with this business.

The outside of the cars are pretty much done well since machines do most of the work. The low rating is for the poor job of cleaning inside the car. Old rags are used and leaves your car smelling like a dirty wet rag. Dust, crumbs anything dirty inside the car is missed on a regular basis. Car mats are never put back properly and are not cleaned very well at all. There are plenty of staff members, rushing the interior cleaning is the reason behind the poor quality of service. If they can change out their towels more often and do a better job of cleaning the interiors they would have better ratings. I always clean the interior myself after I get home it's never done properly. I have seen other customers complain about the same issue.

When I had to trade in my 12 year old Nissan Quest, the salesman said that that is one of the cleanest cars he has ever inspected. Since I finally got my dream vehicle in Feb. of 2022, I didn't want to have it go through a regular car wash. I wanted it hand washed and detailed. Let me tell you, these guys at Flawless Hand Car Wash & Detail are the BEST!!! I've taken my cars here a few times already. They are meticulous and they pass my OCD inspection. The guys are professional, courteous, and friendly. It's like I am getting a brand new car back every time. Love the shine on the exterior and wheels. They never miss a spot. Prices are a bit on the high side for the Premium but you're paying for PERFECTION. They are by appointment only. Word must be getting out because they seem to get busier and busier. 5 solid stars.
