Recently moved to the area and needed a new detail shop for my bi-annual cleaning of my X5. This is my new shop! They did an amazing job, inside and out but primarily the inside looks truly brand new. They even cleaned the engine which I didn't expect. Great service. I started with 2 cars, then with the kids coming home, 2 more cars. Very happy with the cars and how they came out. Chris takes the time to show you what he is doing and why. He started with the first two and came back to tackle the other two cars. Was able to get out a few "paint transfer" spots and did some touch up on chipped paint spots. read more

After making an appointment and getting a quote to perform a detail, I received a call where the owner now doubled the quoted price. I declined the service, but now not trusting the pricing, I request him to come in person and provide a quote for a different vehicle that I wanted detailed. Upon arrival I mentioned that I wasn't happy with the way things worked out when a price was not honored and I suggested that next time either come and look at the vehicle in question before quoting a price or stick to the quoted price. The owner responded "You are starting to piss me off and don't tell me how to run my business." Shocked at the attitude and response I refused to engage his services again. For an owner to project such unprofessionalism is not only uncalled for, but offensive. Their work was ok in the past, but I can not do business with someone who responds in this fashion.
