He tells us that he had 25,000 plants on his 4 acre site, and I was very impressed with his plant selection across all price points. His prices are fair and the quality is excellent. I also liked the fact that most of his trees are in pots of decent to high quality, not the usual disposable plastic "starter" pots. There was a local club meeting in progress and we watched them teach plant styling. We also stayed for a plant auction and took home 3 attractive bonsais. He just wanted to force me to his website, make me sign up for a consultation, when all I needed was just a simple piece of advice: hey, I would recommend this or I would recommend that.... then I would've went there and bought it but guess what, now I'm not buying anything from him!
