I haven't done the Vitamin treatment that my friends have enjoyed at the previous location. This place had also saved my husband get the right test 72 hours before his Intl. Flight. I most recently came here as no one had any Covid appointments available- could not find a test to buy. My kids had been exposed at school and in their sport. This place had appointments immediately. ($99) and I needed to secure safety in that a family member would be heading into surgery and so this was very convenient to get an appointment and result in an hour. Only thing is you'll beed to charge back your insurance. I appreciate their convenience- when it feels like NO way to test in time. read more

I walked into B12 Mill Valley and received 2 shots- B12 and other for autoimmune. In about an hour, I became nauseous, extremely ill and my eyes turned glossy bright yellow. I was very upset because I became allergic and the shots directly affected my liver. (I had hepatitis once and knew yellow eyes were a symptom of liver disease). I had been coerced to get the 3 month plan for $109.00. The girls said it's "only" for 3 months and purposely omitted the that the plan would renew in October. The girls conceded I was within the 3 month period so they would cancel me. I asked to be refunded for the 2 months that I did not use shots but they were rude and ignored my request. I asked for the manager and they said he was not in the office but would call me later. The manager never responded. The fraudulent renewal charge that appeared in October followed a hard sell for me to to buy the 3 month plan. "Its only for 3 months" was the false claim. This business is very unethical and dangerous. read more

I love this place. I can pick up some health supplements while also supplementing my health regimen with some shots. Staff are courteous and informative. Now that Pharmaca is reorganizing as of Dec 2022 (finally after being purchased by Medly their staff is laid off and new horrible pekoe are there). I hope they use the opportunity to add immunizations to their list of services. Also, the ability to buy supplements and pick up, at your appointme y and special order (so our dollars won't go to Amazon but to someone local) would be welcome. read more
