After a very physical time in the mountains, I can't think of anything my body needs more than rest and fuel. I wanted to book for an iron infusion. You have book a consultation with a provider. However there is no option to book that on line. There is an option to book a generic consultation if you're not sure what you want. The first thing I'm asked is which IV infusing I'm getting. Why would I book the appointment for not knowing what I want if I know what I want? I'm told there is no provider here & I can book an appointment tomorrow. Like it's nothing, like I don't have a job or other time commitments in my life. I'm frustrated. I'm attempting to suggest they give the option of booking the required consultation on line, so I'm not wasting my time. The girl helping keeps saying but you can make an appointment now. I'm saying I already made an appointment. I'm here for my appointment- the manager steps in and at least listens to what I am saying but simply responds, yeah we don't give that option on line. As if that's helpful. I'm saying yes, I know you do not, because if you did, I would have booked that & come TOMORROW when the provider is here & not wasted my time this morning. She further explains that I could have called or come in to make the appointment. When I made the appointment it was closed - I could not have called or come in because the whole world does not operate on a 9-5 schedule. I get home from work at midnight. I do not fall asleep instantly. I had to get up to be told it was for nothing. And instead of, I'm sorry that must be frustrating- I get BS - we don't offer that because people have questions. She says more questions than their other services that you CAN book on line. SO FU**ING say that on line. How hard would it be to say - if you are booking for an iron infusion you need to call to make appointment during business hours. You say you need to book a consultation which I did. Granted not the "Luxe consultation " that is required, because it was not an option and I couldn't call when I was booking this appointment. Very frustrated at their inability to see that they wasted my time, they don't care that they wasted my time & they are not willing to entertain any suggestion to not waste my time in the future. Yes, I could have called to clarify & would have if I had actually remembered the frustration at trying to book the "luxe consultation " before I arrived that morning BUT - had they simply listed on their site you need to call to book this appointment the entire episode could have been avoided. read more

I have been coming here for a couple of years, it is a really comfortable friendly atmosphere and the team can help you figure out what is best for you. I get a signature double injection- I don't like needles, but I can't even feel it, and it helps with my energy, weight management, stress and immunity. The mill valley location would be closer but I just love love love the staff here. I always feel better when I leave, both physically and mentally... spiritually too. Marian is my favorite nurse. I just want her to hang out with me the whole time I am there because her energy is amazing. The manager of this location truly sets the tone - she is extremely friendly and loving. So grateful for this clinic. Scheduling is easy, staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and this was essential for me and my family when we had Covid - by the end of just one vitamin C IV my nose was clear! In addition I was having trouble raising my vitamin D and when I discussed it with one of the naturopathic doctors (that they have on site at every location) she told me about vitamin D injections and that oral supplementation sometimes isn't enough. After a few shots I raised my vitamin D significantly! So whatever you are dealing with - whether it is acute or chronic - they will be able to advise you on something that will help, and their packages make the pricing really reasonable. Last year, when I moved to the North Bay, one of my biggest concerns was being far away from my B12 love home clinic in Walnut Creek. I was very happy when I found out they have a clinic in Novato. A bit apprehensive because new people, new clinic. Didnt know what to expect. Immediately they made me feel at home! Claire and Maryanne were very sweet and patient and did their best to help me feel comfortable when I was doing my IV drip (im a hard poke) when I was preparing for my wedding. Even now, when I am back to my usual IV shots, Claire would always be helpful answering questions and giving suggestions on what "cocktail" i should get based on what my needs are at the moment. Is it a conflict of interest that my best friend of 47 years works here? No way, man. It's a BONUS! This is such a clean, professional, friendly environment. The entire staff are about the friendliest people ever. I'm not into the injections (yet?), but I've had some glutathione shots, as well as an assortment of Bs. I like what they have to offer. Not too far from home in Windsor, and even if they open another location closer to me, I'll still head to Novato and get the most amazing service ever. There are a lot of goodies and samples to try. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Last Saturday my husband and I needed COVID tests. The pharmacies were booked until Tuesday, and the only private test site was charging $290. per test. Then I came across B12LOVE. I called, left a message on the machine, and within minutes a live person responded. The cost was $89.00per test, and we scheduled an appointment for that day. On our way to get the tests I realized I didn't have the address. I called again, and a live person answered the phone. There was no line or wait when we arrived at the site. The woman who administered the tests was professional, friendly, and accommodating (I have a broken foot). She was so thoughtful that she even offered our dog water. Because our entire experience with B12LOVE was so positive, we're talking to our physician about B12 shots. I also became an ambassador advertising the experience to my friends. read more

At the beginning, I really liked this place. My results were so good, I signed up for the monthly program. 2 shots for $99.00. After 1 month, they began suggesting 2 shots at a time. But to save money, I needed to pay out of pocket for the 2nd one. When I questioned this, just because it was so complicated, the nurse's attitude did such a 180, I thought maybe I had been rude to her. But what I later determined was when I admitted I couldn't afford to save money by spending more money, she simply lost interest in me. After chatting about price, I realized I had only ordered a B complex. So, I thought maybe I'd get a second shot because, why not, I'm there, but the nurse refused to discuss it with me. It was weird the change in her. I asked her if I was rude, she said no. I knew I wasn't, but it was a lead in for her to say something kind, but she didn't. We had been so friendly in the past. I don't have any complaints. The place is nice, the service is good, the people are pleasant and well informed, but the elitist spend more to save thing makes me not want to return. I have serious liver disease, if I'm not allowed to be picky and questioning, I don't want to inject stuff into me. Sad really, because I've told so many people how great the place is and now I feel a little bit like a fool, because this is a service for the wealthy, and I recommended it to regular people. Bottom line, I'm not comfortable with any business that has a convoluted pricing system. I'll find another way to get B complex in my system. There are vitamin patches that work great, I think I'll go back to those. They are difficult when swimming, that's all. read more

As always, Claire and Tina were the best. This is a great place and I go here regularly to get vitamin IVs and shots, and it keeps me from ever getting sick. Only problem is the occasional customer going to B12 Love when they are sick and not wearing a mask. Please do the vitamin shots ir IV's regularly when you are well or just feel a bit run down, and then you won't have to come in when you are unwell because you will probably not get sick. Vitamin IV's are also great for inflammatory conditions. I really like this business, and naturopathic medicine works for a lot of things that mainstream medicine is not so great at. read more

Nurse Claire and Marianne were both awesome, lightest of all poke, felt close to nothing! The treatment itself was fantastic, delivering noticeable results within the day(hydration) plus nutrients, I felt the positive effect of what I received immediately and even more later.
