She calmly explained my options and what each marker on my lab results meant. She designed a clear and concise plan to map out my goals in a manageable timeframe which made the ultimate goal much more realistic. Keeping my health as a priority throughout the process, I was able to shed weight quickly by losing fat and gaining muscle following the plan she made for me. I also sat with the Doctor to review my monthly progress which really gave me an accomplishing feeling. At first the little lady/family store owner or whatever she said she was was very helpful and frank and directed me to good product. The Delta 8 was good strength, tasted good and cartridges Worked well. There was good conversation and she was friendly positive & helpful. Then I went in last week and purchased $125 worth of cartridges and a new cartridge battery. The young guy was really nice and recommended these products like she does. Then nothing worked. The battery seem to even ruined the cartridges or not sure. So I go in and there she is again and she seemed to have a total different attitude on was acting like a different person altogether. Before I even talked to her she looked different sounded different it was a total different vibe. Before I even started talking I could tell she was in a different mindset. So I mentioned to her that this was not working and I could tell right away she was not interested in dealing with this. Immediately she wanted to shift it all on me and try to educate me as if I didn't know of darn thing about it. I'm not an expert, but it's not rocket science. First thing she says is.., here's the problem you have it the battery setting to too high @ 41 which is how it came in the package. Then I still wasn't doing it right when I had it between 35 and 38. I mean, come on. .. so if she's making these batteries, then she shouldn't set them so high in the package. No matter what I did by following her instructions it didn't work, so I merely told her so, and then she actually says to me...instead of complaining what would you have me do.? LOL. I was like wow. Listen maam, just because your family or boyfriends or people you know abusively talk to you that way and that's how you learn social skills, you cannot disrespect others that way as it will not go well in life. I could have said something nasty, but I was waiting to get my money back or an exchange. So instead of just honoring her product she tried to worm around by using another battery trying to prove at least the cartridge still worked after her battery i bought ruined it. She tried different ways to show it was working and said there was vapor coming out, but you could clearly see only tiny teeny bit was coming out. I was like, come on man, nothing is really coming out of that hit. so that cartridge was ruined. It was obvious it wasn't working. It was not my fault her battery did not work and come up this cartridge permanently. Then she breaks down and goes gets a new cartridge on her newer battery and that worked fine. So her new battery and new cartridge work find that's proving the battery she showed me was not working and it ruined the cartridge they sold me as well 2 days prior. I had to go through that BS to only get $25 product exchange. So she gives me another battery and says I normally don't do this and I'm like well you should because your product was broken. But no mention of replacing the cartridge. I was done, I wasn't going to argue anymore. I had to walk out before I lost it. Then I leave and go home and the thing works okay for a few times and then it starts doing same thing first one did. I tried different cartridges on the battery, and it was just doing the same thing. It it up way too hot immediately. I had it on the setting she did whether she thinks I'm complaining or not. She brags about them and making their products and Delta and all that, then she needs to honor her inferior products Whether you're having a bad day or not honey. Just bite your lip and don't force your mistakes or problems up on others as if they're idiots and you're never wrong. I will not refer people there anymore if it's that inconsistent and I'm definitely not going back. It's money I don't have to throw away
