My mom loves the activities and they send me pictures almost everyday of her smiling and delighted to be there. Their attention to detail is incredible no health concern goes unaddressed and they often notice signs and symptoms before my parents do and get them care promptly. They even went as far as throwing my parents an anniversary party including taking my mom to the salon and getting her nails and hair done for the occasion. Worth every penny! Annabel is a very caring professional. She exudes happiness and helped to cheer me up which, I think, helped me to heal. Thaura, also very professional and helpful and she is a gentle soul. Always willing to do whatever I asked to be helpful to me. Easy to talk to and my little dog picked up her good vibes and like to hang out by her, she'd get excited to see her when she arrived. I only saw Elizabeth Cruz for three days but I liked her immediately. Also very professional, and couldn't do enough to make sure my every need was taken care of.
